Abstract

Procédé de contrôle de l'expression du facteur de stimulation d'une colonie de granulocytes/macrophages (GM-CSF) dans des cellules qui expriment GM-CSF ou de contrôle de l'expression d'autres cytokines hématopoïétiques contenant les séquences d'ADN Ck-1 ou Ck-2 dans les cellules dans lesquelles elles sont exprimées, ce procédé consistant à réguler la liaison de la ou des protéine(s) nucléaire(s) dans lesdites cellules avec Ck-1 et Ck2 dans la zone promotrice du gène GM-CSF ou lesdits gènes cytokines hémotopoïétiques. Cette opération de régulation de la liaison de la ou des protéine(s) nucléaire(s) avec des séquences de Ck-1 et Ck-2 peut consister à induire ou promouvoir la liaison ou encore à empêcher ou inhiber cette liaison. Par exemple, la régulation de la liaison de la ou des protéine(s) nucléaire(s) peut être effectuée en utilisant l'ADN d'une séquence qui exercera une inhibition compétitive sur la liaison de la ou des protéine(s).
