Claims (10)
- Robinet sanitaire de distribution d'eau comportant un corps (11) dont la paroi extérieure porte un tube de sortie (2) pour l'eau du robinet, le tube de sortie (2) pouvant se visser dans le corps (11) en étant entouré coaxialement d'un manchon d'habillage (3), robinet caractérisé en ce que le manchon d'habillage (3) présente une face frontale (surface frontale d'appui 35) mise en forme selon la paroi extérieure du corps (11) pour s'appuyer contre cette paroi extérieure et sur la face intérieure du manchon d'habillage (3) ainsi que sur la face extérieure du tube de sortie (2), il y a des moyens (31, 4, 24, 26) qui coopèrent pour que le manchon d'habillage (3) soit poussé fortement contre le corps de robinet (11).
- Robinet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le manchon d'habillage (3) comporte un collet intérieur (31) qui s'appuie contre une bague élastique (24) engagée sur le tube de sortie (2) avec interposition d'un ressort (4).
- Robinet selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité en saillie du tube de sortie (2) porte un joint d'étanchéité (25) et peut recevoir par emmanchement un embout de sortie (5), l'embout de sortie (5) étant relié par un moyen d'assemblage tel qu'une liaison de type baïonnette (32) avec l'extrémité en saillie du manchon d'habillage (3) pour fixer l'embout de sortie (5) axialement, en position engagée.
- Robinet selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'entre l'extrémité en saillie du tube de sortie (2) et l'orifice de raccordement (51) de l'embout de sortie (5), il est prévu un manchon réducteur (27) pour que l'embout de sortie (5) puisse également se monter sur des tubes de sortie de plus grand diamètre.
- Robinet selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le manchon d'habillage (3) est en matière plastique et comporte intérieurement des nervures de renforcement (33) jusqu'au collet intérieur (31), ce collet intérieur (31) étant formé sur les nervures de renforcement (33) alors que la zone en saillie du manchon d'habillage (3) comporte uniquement des dents (34) pour fixer l'embout de sortie (5) par une liaison de type baïonnette (32).
- Robinet selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (4) est en forme de rondelle élastique en caoutchouc.
- Robinet selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps (11) possède une surface enveloppe cylindrique et le tube de sortie (2) est fixé dans un alésage incliné par rapport à l'axe du corps, avec un taraudage (21).
- Robinet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure de la surface frontale d'appui (35) comporte un orifice d'aération (351).
- Robinet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le corps (11) est réalisé à partir d'une base cylindrique ou d'une ébauche pressée, par une opération consistant principalement à enlever les copeaux et une cartouche de robinet (12) comportant les éléments d'obturation peut se placer dans un logement de réception (13) dans la face frontale du corps (11).
- Robinet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le corps (11) et le tube de sortie (2) sont fabriqués en laiton.
