- kein Verklemmen des Schlauchmantels zwischen Kolben und Zylinderwand,
- kein Verhaften des Schlauchmantels am Kolben,
- flexibler Verdrängerkopf für optimale Restentleerung auch bei unterschiedlichen Entleergliedformen,
- einen Kolbenkopf, der atmet, das heißt, sich unter Druck ausdehnt und bei Entlastung zusammenzieht und damit jeglichen Produktnachlauf verhindert,
- dehnbare Folienausschub-Manschette, die Toleranzen der Pistolenzylinder ausgleicht und einen universellen Einsatz der Kolben ermöglicht und nicht zuletzt
- einfacher, preiswerter Kolben aus nur zwei Teilen, bestehend aus Kolbenkörper und einer Nutringdichtung.

Bei den einfachen Verbindungen besteht die Gefahr, daß durch seitliche Belastung der Düse die Halterung des Entleerglieds aus der Kappenöffnung ausgleitet, was zu Behinderungen führt. Durch eine zusätzliche Stabilisierung der Düse wird dies vermieden. Im oberen Teil des Sockels ist hierfür ein Schnellverbindungselement, z. B. ein mehrgängiges Gewinde o. ä., zur Aufnahme einer Überwurfmutter vorgesehen. Nach Verbindung des Entleerglieds mit der Verschlußkappe kann im Bedarfsfall diese Überwurfmutter aufgesetzt werden. Die Düse erhält damit die gewünschte zusätzliche Stabilisierung. Die axiale Verstellmöglichkeit wird dadurch nur gering beeinflußt. Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführung der Überwurfmutter ist diese mit einer zusätzlichen Abstützung für diese Düsen ausgestattet. Dieses Gemisch aus Füllgut und Druckluft führt zu erheblichen Störungen und Objektverschmutzungen. Luftdurchtrittskanäle verhindern dies und laufen über die Außenseite der Schulter des Bundes. Das Volumen des Verdrängerkopfes und der Durchmesser der Folienaustragsmanschette verringern sich gleichzeitig sofort mit der Entlastung. Die Packung wird somit unmittelbar mit der Entlastung vom Auspreßdruck befreit. Die Verkleinerung des Manschettendurchmessers sichert Leichtläufigkeit und ungehindertes Abgleiten des Kolbens nach hinten. Der Verdrängerkopf ist in der Form so ausgebildet, daß der Aufstau der Folie ohne Verklemmen erfolgt, der Schlauchmantel nicht mit dem Kolbenkopf verhaftet, sondern bei Entnahme der Verschlußkappe im Entleerglied haften bleibt. Dies erleichtert die Handhabung und verhindert Verschmutzungen. Der elastische Kolbenkopf sichert gute Restentleerung auch bei unterschiedlichen Entleergliedformen. Diese erfindungsgemäßen Vorteile werden durch den hohlen, flexiblen und unter Druck dehnbaren Kolben erzielt. Gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Entleervorrichtung derart ausgebildet, daß der Entleerzylinder drehbar in einer Handgriffhalterung der Entleervorrichtung gelagert ist und eine Preßluftzuführung starr mit einem Handgriff und axial drehbar mit einem stirnseitigen Drucklufteintritt verbunden ist.This enables compensation of any cylinder tolerances of the emptying device or pistols, ensures trouble-free use and prevents the hose jacket from jamming if the cylinders are too large or if the pistons are too small and the pistons are difficult to move. - Discharge device (2) in accordance with Claim 1, characterised in that, the piston (10) has a divided expandable ejection sleeve (68), the external diameter of the piston (10) is smaller than the internal diameter of the discharge cylinder (7), the piston (10) has on the rod end (72) a closed guide ring (70) with air passages (96) for the grooved ring seal (74) and an eccentric retaining eye (32) for the safety cord (34).
- Discharge device (2) in accordance with Claim 5, characterised in that, the piston (10) is in two parts and is provided with a convex, expandable displacement head (64).
- Discharge device (2) in accordance with one of Claims 5 or 6, characterised in that, the piston (10) for compressed air operation when pressurised by compressed air, and the piston (81) for manual operation, due to operation of pressure piece (83), expands in the area of the displacement head (64) and in the diameter of the foil ejection sleeve (68).
- Discharge device (2) in accordance with Claim 7, characterised in that, the piston (81) has an internal taper in the area of the ejection sleeve (68) and a pressure piece (83) matched to it.
- Discharge device (2) in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, the discharge cylinder (7) is mounted in a handle holder (23) of the discharge device (2) in such a manner that it can be rotated and a compressed air supply (40) is rigidly connected to a handle (14) and connected in an axially-rotatable manner to a compressed air inlet (84) on the front face.
