Abstract

An electric razor is equipped with a housing, a movably mounted shaving head, a shaving system with at least one circular upper cutter and rotating lower cutter whose axis of rotation extends perpendicularly to a shaving plane extending parallel to the outer surface of the upper cutter. In the geometric centre of area of the shaving systems, the moveable shaving-head axis of symmetry cuts the shaving plane in any desired direction. The geometric centre of area is provided as a static pole. <IMAGE>
