Le tendeur de câble représenté comprend un tambour enrouleur 25 coaxial et venu d'une pièce avec un axe 26 à l'extrémité duquel est fixée une poignée 27. Le tambour enrouleur 25 est logé dans un boîtier 28 en forme de cuvette et son axe 26 traverse une roue 29 à denture hélicoïdale engrenant avec une vis sans fin 30 s'étendant dans le plan de la roue 29. Le boîtier 28 est fermé par un couvercle 31. La face supérieure du tambour enrouleur 25 est munie d'une denture de chant 32 présentant des dents de rochet. Cette denture engrène avec une denture homologue 33 formée sur la face inférieure de la roue 29. Le tambour enrouleur 25 est maintenu contre la roue à denture hélicoïdale 29 par un ressort 34 travaillant en compression entre le fond du boîtier 28 et le fond d'une creusure centrale du tambour enrouleur 25. La vis sans fin 30 présente une partie non filetée 30a munie d'une gorge annulaire 35 dans laquelle s'engage une goupille 36 verrouillant axialement la vis sans fin 30, tout en lui permettant de tourner. Les dents 32 sautent donc sur les dents 33. Le tambour d'enroulement 25 tourne donc pas à pas, un pas correspondant à une dent. En raison de la forme et des dents 32 et 33, une rotation du tambour enrouleur 25 dans l'autre sens n'est pas possible sans entraîner la roue 29. Or, la roue à denture hélicoïdale 29 et la vis sans fin 30 constituent un dispositif anti-retour, en l'occurrence un réducteur mécanique irréversible, car l'angle de l'hélice de la denture hélicoïdale de la roue 29 et l'angle correspondant de l'hélice de la vis sans fin 30 est inférieur à 6°.The

Claims (2)
- A cable tensioner with a winding drum for a ski boot, comprising in a housing (28), a winding drum (25) integral with an external handle (27) for driving said drum in rotation, said drum being shiftable axially counter to the action of a spring (34) as a result of pressure on the handle and equipped with an edge toothing (32) in the form of ratchet teeth being part of a non-return device (32, 33, 29, 30) being cancellable as a result of pressure on the handle, characterized by the fact that the non-return device further comprises a gear wheel (29) with a helical toothing equipped with a toothing in the form of ratchet teeth (33), meshing with the edge toothing of the winding drum under the action of the said spring (34), and a worm (30) meshing with the said helical toothing and actuable from the outside, the angle of the helix of the helical toothing being such that the worm is prevented from being driven by the helical gear wheel.
- The cable tensioner as claimed in claim 1, characterized by the fact that it comprises an auxiliary lever (38) which passes under the handle and which bears on a bearing surface (40) of the latter for the purpose of pushing the axle of the handle axially counter to the action of the spring.
