Der Auslegearm (8) ist an einer Achse (10) befestigt, die koaxi­al zum vorderen Drehpunkt (11) verläuft, um den die Vorder­achse (4) in Bezug auf den die wesentlichen Auf- und Einbau­ten der Verlegemaschine tragenden Grundrahmen (6) drehbar ist. Um eine Kopplung zwischen der Lenkbewegung der Hinterachse 5 und der Lenkbewegung der Vorderachse 4 zu erreichen, ist vorzugsweise eine Koppelstange 17 vorgesehen, deren eines Ende an die vordere Befestigungs­einrichtung 12 und deren anderes Ende an die hintere Befesti­gungseinrichtung 15 so angelenkt sind, daß die Vorder- und Hinterräder 4,5 gegensinnig gelenkt werden.
