Abstract

The invention relates to a connector for connecting an electrical lamp to two parallel electrical conductors arranged in the upper part of a room to be illuminated. The object of the invention is to provide a flexible illumination system which permits the lamps to be positioned at any desired point on the line. The solution of this object is that the connector has two bores or openings, through which the two blank conductors can be passed, as a result of which the connector can be displaced along the conductors. The connector expediently contains a printed circuit for the electrical connection of the lamp or lamp terminals to the conductors or conductor bars.

Diese schlenenförmige Leitung, die an eine Niederspannungsquelle (für entsprechende Lampen, insbesondere Halogenlampen), angeschlossen sind, bestehen aus einem Paar dünner, verchromter Metallschienen, die als elektrische Anschlussleitungen und gleichzeitig zur mechanischen Aufhängung der Lampen dienen. In dem hohlen Innenraum des Verbinders ist eine gedruckte Schaltung eingesetzt oder eingesteckt, welche die elektrischen Anschlusselemente zur Verbindung der zur Lampe führenden An­schlussleitungen mit den Kontaktteilen an den die beiden para­parallelen, blanken elektrischen Leiter umfassenden Kontaktauf­nahmen verbinden. Diese gedruckte Schaltung kann im Falle einer Panne leicht ausgewechselt werden, ebenso wie der Verbinder insgesamt.
Der Verbinder besteht also aus einem Basiselement aus Isolier­stoff als Kontaktträgerteil mit Aufnahmen für die beiden blanken, parallelen Anschlussleitungen und einer Schaltkreis­karte. Die Schaltkreiskarte kann auch andere elektrische bzw. elektronische Bauelemente wie LED-Sicherungen, Widerstände aufweisen. Die Schaltkreiskarte, die die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Schienen und der Lampe herstellt, weist an ihrem Ende zwei Klemmen für den Anschluss der Kabel des Beleuchtungskörpers und eine LED-Betriebsanzeige auf.
