Abstract

Ein solcher Öffnungsabschluß ist aus der FR-PS 2.116.869 bekannt. Eine Besonderheit bei solchen, auch "Sektionaltore" genannten Abschlüssen besteht darin, daß sie im Unterschied in ihrer Länge ausziehbaren Rolläden eine konstante Länge haben. Bei dem bekannten Öffnungsabschluß sind in den Gelenkpunkten der Lamellen, insbesondere als Gelenkzapfen einer Gelenkkette ausgebildete Mitnehmer befestigt, mit denen im Umlenkbereich des Öffnungsabschlusses vorgesehene, insbesondere als Kettenräder ausgebildete Antriebsräder in Eingriff stehen. Diese Art des Antriebes des Öffnungsabschlusses hat gegenüber einem anderen Antrieb, bei dem ein Zugmittel an der oberen Lamelle angeschlagen ist, den Vorteil, daß nicht die zwischen der Umlenkstelle und dem Anschlag des Zugmittels angeordneten Lamellen von dem Gewicht des vor der Umlenkstelle liegenden, herunterhängenden Teil des Öffnungsabschlusses belastet sind. Eine solche Belastung ist insbesondere dann kritisch, wenn die benachbarten, miteinander in Eingriff stehenden Längsränder der Lamellen die Gelenke bilden und keine zusätzliche Entlastung für diese Gelenke vorgesehen ist. Bei dem bekannten Öffnungsabschluß mit im Umlenkbereich des Öffnungsabschlusses vorgesehenem Antrieb sind an beiden Längsrändern des Öffnungsabschlusses Ketten angeordnet, deren Gelenkzapfen in den Gelenkpunkten der Lamelle vorgesehen sind. Die Gelenkzapfen werden von Stopfen getragen, die in den Enden von zylindrischen Hohlkörpern stecken, die zwischen den als entsprechende Lagerschalen ausgebildeten Längsrändern benachbarter Lamellen angeordnet sind. Diese Gelenkketten sorgen für den Zusammenhalt der nicht unmittelbar miteinander verbundenen hohlen Lamellen und zylindrischen Hohlkörper.   • c) In den Enden jeder zweiten hohlen Lamelle sind Arretierstücke eingesetzt, die durch Übergreifen der Enden der jeweils benachbarten Lamellen die Lamellen gegen gegenseitige Längsverschiebung sichern.
  • d) Die Arretierstücke tragen in den Gelenkpunkten der Lamellen Mitnehmer.
  • e) Mit den Mitnehmern stehen im Umlenkbereich des Öffnungsabschlusses Antriebsräder in Eingriff.

  • c) Die Gelenke benachbarter Lamellen bestehen aus einer am Längsrand der einen Lamelle vorgesehenen offenen kreiszylindrischen Lagerschale und einem darin gelagerten, am benachbarten Längsrand der anderen Lamelle vorgesehenen kreiszylindrischen Auge, in dessen beiden hohlen Enden Stopfen eingesetzt sind, die mit einem die Lagerschale übergreifenden Kragen die benachbarten Lamellen gegen gegenseitige Längsverschiebung sichern.
  • d) Die Stopfen tragen in den Gelenkpunkten der Lamellen Mitnehmer.
  • e) Mit den Mitnehmern stehen im Umlenkbereich des Öffnungsabschlusses Antriebsräder in Eingriff.

Damit der Öffnungsabschluß an dieser Übergangsstelle zwischen dem unterstützenden Antriebsrad und der horizontalen Schiene trotzdem nicht durchhängen kann, ist nach einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß die an beiden Längsrändern des Öffnungsabschlusses angeordnete Gelenkkette an ihren Gelenkpunkten mit einseitig zu den Antriebsrädern hin wirkenden Abknicksicherungen versehen ist. Der in Figur 1 dargestellte Öffnungsabschluß in Form eines Sektionaltores besteht aus einer Vielzahl von unmittelbar durch angeformte Teile gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Lamellen 1, die an ihren beiden seitlichen Rändern in U-förmig profilierten Schienen 2,3,4,5 in einer vertikalen Ebene und einer horizontalen Ebene geführt sind. Im Umlenkbereich zwischen der vertikalen Ebene und der horizontalen Ebene befindet sich ein Antrieb mit zwei Antriebsrädern 6,7, die beispielsweise von einem Rohrmotor 8 gemeinsam angetrieben werden. In den offenen Enden eines jeden Auges 35 sitzen Stopfen 37, die einen Kragen 38 und einen als Mitnehmer einer Gelenkkette ausgebildeten Gelenkzapfen 39 tragen. Der Anschlag 30′ erstreckt sich über den vom Gelenkzapfen 20 gebildeten Gelenkpunkt hinaus. Mit dieser Abknicksicherung wird erreicht, daß in dem Bereich, in dem die Gelenkkette weder durch das Antriebsrad 6 noch durch die Schiene 5 unterstützt wird die Gelenkkette und damit auch der Öffnungsabschluß nicht in Richtung des Antriebsrades 6 abknicken kann. Da ein Abknicken der Gelenkkette und des Öffnungsabschlusses zu der dem Antriebsrad 6 abgewandten Seite durch die bis in den Bereich des Antriebsrades 6 einseitig verlängerte Schiene 5 verhindert wird, ist die Gelenkkette und damit auch der Öffnungsabschluß in gestreckter Lage geführt und kann durch das Antriebsrad 6 in die Schiene 5 eingeschoben werden, ohne zu der einen oder der anderen Seite abknicken zu können.In the exemplary embodiment of FIGS. 6 and 7 modified compared to FIGS. 2 and 3, a one-way kink protection is provided. Claims (9)

Durch einen Antrieb zu öffnender und zu schließender Öffnungsabschluß, wie Tür oder Tor, bestehend aus folgenden Merkmalen: a) Der Öffnungsabschluß besteht aus über ihre gesamte Länge ineinandergreifenden, gelenkig miteinander verbundenen hohlen Lamellen (1). b) Die beiden seitlichen Ränder des Öffnungsabschlusses sind in Schienen (2-5) geführt, derart, daß er beim Öffnen und Schließen von einer ersten Ebene in eine zweite Ebene umgelenkt wird. c) In den Enden jeder zweiten hohlen Lamelle (1) sind Arretierstücke (10-12) eingesetzt, die durch Übergreifen der Enden der jeweils benachbarten Lamellen (1) die Lamellen (1) gegen gegenseitige Längsverschiebung sichern. d) Die Arretierstücke (10-12) tragen in den Gelenkpunkten der Lamellen (1) Mitnehmer (17-20). e) Mit den Mitnehmern (17-20) stehen im Umlenkbereich des Öffnungsabschlusses Antriebsräder (6,7) in Eingriff. 1. Durch einen Antrieb zu öffnender und zu schließender Öffnungsabschluß, wie Tür oder Tor, bestehend aus folgenden Merkmalen: a) Der Öffnungsabschluß besteht aus über ihre gesamte Länge ineinandergreifenden, gelenkig miteinander verbundenen hohlen Lamellen (1). b) Die seitlichen Ränder des Öffnungsabschlusses sind in Schienen (2-5) geführt, derart, daß er beim Öffnen und Schließen von einer ersten Ebene in eine zweite Ebene umgelenkt wird. c) Die Gelenke benachbarter Lamellen (1) bestehen aus einer am Längsrand der einen Lamelle (1) vorgesehenen offenen kreiszylindrischen Lagerschale (36) und einem darin gelagerten, am benachbarten Längsrand der anderen Lamelle (1) vorgesehenen kreiszylindrischen Auge (35), in dessen beiden hohlen Enden Stopfen (37) eingesetzt sind, die mit einem die Lagerschale (36) übergreifenden Kragen (38) die benachbarte Lamelle (1) gegen gegenseitige Längsverschiebung sichern. d) Die Stopfen (37) tragen in den Gelenkpunkten der Lamellen (1) Mitnehmer (39). e) Mit den Mitnehmern (39) stehen im Umlenkbereich des Öffnungsabschlusses Antriebsräder in Eingriff. 2.
