Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Faltbehälter aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt mit einem Boden und vier daran angelenkten Seitenwänden, wobei jeweils zwei zueinander benachbarte Seitenwände untereinander durch jeweils zwei faltbar angeordnete Zwickel-Abschnitte verbunden sind, von denen jeweils einer mit einem angeformten Lappen versehen ist, der nach dem Hochfalten der Seitenwände in Schnittlinien in einer der beiden benachbarten Seitenwände eingreift.
  • Ein derartiger Faltbehälter ist aus der FR-A-778456 bekannt, wobei allerdings das Einfädeln der Lappen in die entsprechende Schnittlinie sehr kompliziert ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Faltbehälter der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der einfach und unkompliziert aufzurichten ist und trotzdem nicht unbeabsichtigt zusammenklappen kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß jeweils zwei ständig im Abstand von einander angeordnete Schnittlinien vorgesehen sind, die in ihrem Mittelabschnitt auf einander zu verlaufen, und daß der Lappen in seinem Mittelabschnitt eine etwas größere Breite aufweist als in seinen Endabschnitten und mit diesem Mittelabschnitt hinter die von den beiden Schnittlinien abgegrenzten Seitenwandabschnitte greift.
  • Durch diese Ausgestaltung ist ein einfaches Eindrücken der Lappen in die zugehörigen Schnittlinien möglich, ohne daß es eines umständlichen Einfädelns bedarf. Die Lappen erhalten dabei einen sehr guten Halt, wodurch der Faltbehälter sehr stabil ist.
  • Das Eindrücken des jeweiligen Lappen in die Schnittlinien wird noch weiter erleichtert, wenn erfindungsgemäß im Bereich der Lappen in den Seitenwänden weitere Einschnitte vorgesehen sind, welche zusammen mit den ersten Schnittlinien ein im wesentlichen doppel-T-förmiges Schnittmuster ergeben.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß der Lappen mit einer parallel zu seiner Anlenklinie am Zwickel-Abschnitt verlaufenden Faltlinie versehen ist.
  • Mit dieser Ausgestaltung kann der Lappen einfach auf die Schnittlinien-Anordnung aufgelegt und durch leichten Druck eingedrückt werden.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1
    einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt und
    Fig. 2
    eine schaubildliche Darstellung eines aus dem Zuschnitt nach Fig. 1 aufgerichteten Faltbehälters.

  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der einen Boden 2 und ― an diesem angelenkt ― vier Seitenwände 3, 4, 5 und 6 aufweist. Zwischen den Seitenwänden sind jeweils zwei Zwickel-Abschnitte 7, 8 angeordnet, die über Faltlinien 9, 10 mit den Seitenwänden und über eine Faltlinie 11 untereinander verbunden sind.
  • Der an der Seitenwand 4 bzw. 6 angelenkte Zwickel-Abschnitt 7 entspricht in seiner Länge der Höhe dieser Seitenwand, während der Zwickel-Abschnitt 8 kürzer ist. In den dadurch freigelassenen Raum ragt ein Lappen 12 hinein, der an den Zwickel-Abschnitt 7 angeformt und mit einer Faltlinie 13 versehen ist.
  • In den beiden Seitenwänden 3 und 5 sind zwei etwa doppel-T-förmige Schnittmuster 14 vorgesehen, die aus zwei etwa parallel verlaufenden Schnittlinien 15 und 16 sowie einem diese verbindenden Einschnitt 17 gebildet sind.
  • Die Seitenwand 4 ist an ihrem freien Rand mit zwei Kerben 18, 19 versehen, von denen zwei Aufreißlinien 20, 21 zur Anlenklinie der Seitenwand 4 am Boden 2 verlaufen. Dadurch ist ein Abschnitt 24 von der Seitenwand abgeteilt, der entlang der beiden Aufreißlinien ablösbar ist.
  • In Fig. 2 ist aus dem Kartonzuschnitt ein Faltbehälter 22 aufgerichtet, in dem die Seitenwände 3, 4, 5 und 6 hochgefaltet sind. Die beiden Zwickel-Abschnitte sind um die Faltlinie 10 aufeinandergefaltet, wodurch nur der außenliegende Abschnitt 7 sichtbar ist. Der an diesem Abschnitt 7 angeformte Lappen 12 ist im Bereich der beiden Schnittlinien 15 und 16 hinter die Seitenwand 3 bzw. 5 eingeschoben, wobei ― wie bei der Seitenwand 5 sichtbar ― nur zwei sehr kleine Abschnitte des Lappens 12 ins Innere des Faltbehälters 22 ragen.
  • Aufgrund der Form der Schnittlinien 15, 16 sowie der Verbreiterung des Lappens 12 ist damit trotzdem ein ausreichender Halt des Lappens gewährleistet.

Claims (3)

1. Faltbehälter aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt (1) mit einem Boden (2) und vier daran angelenkten Seitenwänden (3, 4, 5, 6), wobei jeweils zwei zueinander benachbarte Seitenwände untereinander durch jeweils zwei faltbar angeordnete Zwickel-Abschnitte (7, 8) verbunden sind, von denen jeweils einer mit einem angeformten Lappen (12) versehen ist, der nach dem Hochfalten der Seitenwände in Schnittlinien (15, 16) in einer der beiden benachbarten Seitenwände (3, 5) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei ständig im Abstand von einander angeordnete Schnittlinien (15, 16) vorgesehen sind, die in ihrem Mittelabschnitt auf einander zu verlaufen, und daß der Lappen (12) in seinem Mittelabschnitt eine etwas größere Breite aufweist als in seinen Endabschnitten und mit diesem Mittelabschnitt hinter die von den beiden Schnittlinien (15, 16) abgegrenzten Seitenwandabschnitte greift.
2. Faltbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Lappen (12) in den Seitenwänden (3, 5) weitere Einschnitte (17) vorgesehen sind, welche zusammen mit den ersten Schnittlinien (15, 16) ein im wesentlichen doppel-T-förmiges Schnittmuster (14) ergeben.
3. Faltbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lappen (12) mit einer parallel zu seiner Anlenklinie (10, 5) am Zwickel-Abschnitt (7) verlaufenden Faltlinie (13) versehen ist.
