Abstract

1. End piece (1) for the guiding of slats (3) of slated blinds in the lateral guide rails (15), one end (5) being connectable securely to the slat (3) and having a projection (27) for engaging in a recess in the slat (3), and the other end of said end piece being constructed as a pin (13) insertable in the guide rail (15), characterised in that the end (5) which is connectable to the slat consists of a lower supporting portion (9) connected securely to the pin (13) and of an upper locking portion (11) held by a predetermined breaking region (29), said locking portion (11) being adapted to be inserted in the supporting portion (9), overcoming the resistance to breaking, and to be latchable in the latter portion.

Description

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Endstück zum Führen der Lamellen von Lamellenstoren in den seitlichen Führungsschienen gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to an end piece for guiding the slats of slat blinds in the lateral guide rails according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Ein Endstück dieser Art ist aus der US-PS 2 770 296 bekannt. Dabei rastet der an einer Schlitzseite angebrachte Vorsprung formschlüssig in die entsprechende Ausnehmung am Lamellenende ein. Dem Vorsprung gegenüberliegend bildet das Endstück ein Federelement, welches den Vorsprung und die Lamellenausnehmung in formschlüssigem Eingriff hält und damit die feste Verbindung sichert. Die Dauerspannung in einem aus Kunststoff gefertigten Federelement führt zu Kriechvorgängen und einer raschen Materialalterung, wodurch sich die Verbindung zwischen der Lamelle und dem Endstück schon nach kurzer Zeit lockert. Da der Schlitz spielfrei über die Lamelle schiebbar sein muss ist zudem eine vollautomatische Montage erschwert.An end piece of this type is known from US Pat. No. 2,770,296. Claims (7)

1. 2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that between the supporting portion (9) and the locking portion (11) there is formed a recess (7) for the insertion of the end of the slat (3), this recess being bounded below by a supporting surface (17).
3. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that a protuberance (19) projecting above the supporting surface (17) is arranged on the said surface for the purpose of centring the slat (3).
4. Device according to claim 3, characterised in that there is provided in the protuberance (19) an aperture (21) which is widened in the lower portion by a shoulder element (23).
5. Device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the mushroom-shaped projection (27), which is adapted to latch on to the shoulder element (23) and which matches the aperture (21), is arranged on the locking portion (11) concentrically above the aperture (21).
6. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the predetermined breaking region (29) is connected by an extension (31) to the locking portion (11).
7. Device according to claim 6, characterised in that a hole (33) is arranged in the supporting portion (9) for accommodating the extension (31) in play- free manner.
