Claims (21)

1. Dispositif pour soulever et transférer des produits pliés avec des moyens disposés sous les appareillages de transport et de guidage qui pénétrent sous les dos de plis, caractérisé par au moins un support guidé sur les appareillages de transport et de guidage (8, 9) et susceptible d'être écarté et resserré par glissement ou traction qui entoure des segments (1, 33, 34) qui constituent une forme en zig-zag ou en accordéon, qui sont reliés les uns aux autres par des articulations sur des positions 2, 3 supérieures et inférieures de contact ou qui sont eux-mêmes élastiques, de sorte que l'écartement des segments (1, 33, 34) entraîne aussi l'écartement des produits pliés (6, 14) suspendus ou reposant en comble en selle ou en forme de V entre deux segments (1, 33, 34).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on dispose l'un au-dessus de l'autre deux supports et en ce que dans l'état écarté des segments (1) dû à la déviation ou au coincement latéraux des segments (1) du support supérieur des produits pliés (6) peuvent être transférés du support supérieur au support inférieur.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux supports sont disposés l'un près de l'autre et dans l'état écarté des segments (22) des produits pliés (20) peuvent être transférés d'un support à l'autre au moyen de griffes (20).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les appareillages (35, 36) de transport et de guidage entourent des rails (35, 36) dont le tracé suit la direction de transport et qui sont disposés sur les deux côtés des produits pliés (14), la distance de ces rails dans la zone de la position (12) de tranfert aumentant de telle façon que les produits pliés 14 tombent entre les segments (39, 40) disposés latéralement.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les segments (1) présentent une structure en forme de U et qu'en les basculant et en les glissant d'un côté et de l'autre les produits pliés suspendus à leurs côtés tombent entre ceux-ci.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les segments (29) en forme de U présentent sur leurs côtés (27, 28) en-dessous des dos de plis des nez (24, 25) pénètrent sous les dos de plis et en ce que leurs côtés (27, 28) peuvent être déviés ou tournés vers l'extérieur et en ce que les produits pliés (26) peuvent être libérés et écartés quand les segments (29) sont guidés au-dessus d'une zone coudée (32) par déviation latérale des côtés (27, 28).
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que des rails (8, 9) de guidage pénètrent dans les côtés des segments (1) en forme de U.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les segments (22) présentent dans la zone médiane des évidements dans lequels pénètrent des griffes (20) pour enlever les produits pliés (19).
9. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 4, caractérisé en ce que les segments (33, 34) sont en deux parties et sont disposés sur des rails (35, 36) des deux côtés des produits pliés (14) à guider.
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les segments (44) présentent une structure de tiges.
11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les segments sont constitués de tôles minces, de matière plastique ou de carton.
12. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les segments (1, 44) constitués de tôles ou de tiges sont élastiques et soudés l'un à l'autre à leurs points de contact (2, 3, 45, 46).
13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les segments (1) dans l'état resserré peuvent être écartés l'un de l'autre par traction ou glissement à partir d'un magasin (11) vide au-dessus d'une zone (12) de déchargement, de chargement ou mixte et qu'ils peuvent être transférés resserrés dans l'état chargé dans un magasin (13).
14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les magasins (11, 13) sont des cassettes (10).
15. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 10, caractérisé en ce que les segments (44, 48) en forme de fils s'appuient sur un guidage (47, 49) et sont guidés par celui-ci.

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1, 4, 9 ou 12 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les produits pliés (14) sont guidés des deux côtés dans des segments (39, 40) guidés sur des rails, qui présentent des supports élastiques (37, 38) en forme de V pénétrant respectivement en-dessous des dos de plis, et reliés avec les segments (39, 40) par la zone extérieure de leurs côtés (33, 34).
