Claims (5)

1. Verfahren zum Reinigen der Abstichöffnung (4) am Boden eines Stahlwerksofens (1), mit einer seitlichen Abstichzone (3), die eine Beseitigung der durch Gießrückstände gebildeten Auswüchse ermöglicht, die an der äußeren Ringkante (7) dieser Abstichöffnung haften, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein Schneidwerkzeug (9) direkt unterhalb dieser Abstichöffnung derart durchtreten läßt, daß sich die Schneidkante (10) dieses Schneidwerkzeugs in einer zur äußeren Ringkante (7) dieser Abstichöffnung tangentialen Ebene (18) parallelen Ebene verlagert und vor dieser Abstichöffnung über deren ganzen Querschnitt vorbeistreicht.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das Schneidwerkzeug vor der Abstichöffnung weniger als 30 Sekunden nach dem Ende des Abstichs vorbeistreichen läßt.
3. Vorrichtung zum Reinigen der Abstichöffnung (4) am Boden eines Stahlwerksofens (1) mit einer seitlichen Abstichzone (3), die eine Beseitigung der durch Gießrückstände gebildeten Auswüchse ermöglicht, die an der äußeren Ringkante (7) dieser Abstichöffnung haften, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Schneidwerkzeug (9) aufweist, das an einem der Enden eines Arms (11) befestigt ist, dessen anderes Ende kraftschlüssig mit einer auf Lagern (13, 14) drehbar montierten Steuerstange (12) verbunden ist, wobei die Achse (X2-X2) dieser Steuerstange ungefähr senkrecht zur äußeren Ringkante (7) der Abstichöffnung tangentialen Ebene (18) ist und das Werkzeug am Arm derart befestigt ist, daß seine Schneidkante (10) ebenfalls in einer zur Achse (X2-X2) der Steuerstange senkrechten Ebene ist, und daß ein Betätigungsmittel (15) es ermöglicht, die Steuerstange sich derart drehen zu lassen, daß das Schneidwerkzeug (9) mithilfe des Arms (11) angetrieben wird, so daß seine Schneidkante (10) völlig den Ringraum der sich vor der Abstichöffnung (4) befindet, durchqueren kann, um die Auswüchse abzutrennen, die nach unten die Ebene überschreiten, in der sich diese Schneidkante verschieben kann.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Mittel zur Höhenregulierung des Arms (11) parallel zur Achse (X2-X2) ermöglicht, den Abstand zwischen der Ebene, die die Schneidkante des Schneidwerkzeugs enthält, und der zur Ringkante der Abstichöffnung tangentialen Ebene (18) zu justieren.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsmittel, das das Drehenlassen der Steuerstange ermöglicht, eine Winde (15) ist.
