A package for two pressurized receptacles of the aerosol can type comprises a cylindrical enclosure of oval cross-section; a rider joining the two valve cups thereof; and a dispensing member comprising an actuation region and two outlet orifices, each connected to one of the two valve outlets by a channel provided in the dispensing member. The actuation region comprises two conduits each defining at least one part of one of the two channels feeding the orifices and slidable inside a duct carried by the rider; each duct is arranged opposite a dispensing valve carried by one of the valve cups; and each of the conduits actuates opening of the corresponding valve by sliding of its associated duct under the effect of a movement of the actuation region by a force exerted by a user. The package may be used for two products which are not to be mixed until the time of use.

Description

Ces récipients peuvent être notamment du type "bombe-aérosol".The present invention relates to a packaging for two pressurized containers making it possible to simultaneously distribute the products packaged in these two containers. These containers may in particular be of the "aerosol can" type.

Packages for two pressurized containers are already known. These packages most often include a chamber in which the products from the two containers are mixed, the mixture obtained then being distributed through a single orifice. To illustrate this state of the art, reference will be made to the document FR-A-1 413 164 which is in particular relating to a packaging for two "aerosol cans" according to the preamble of claim 1. This packaging comprises an external container in which are located the two "aerosol can", which are each provided with a valve, a capsule ensuring the fixing of the assembly on this container and a dispensing head covering this container: this dispensing head can comprise two pipes in communication each with one of the "aerosol cans" and opening into a mixing chamber. The mixture produced leaves this chamber through a single orifice. However, this dispensing head may also have two separate pipes, each connected to the valve of an "aerosol can" and opening to the outside via separate orifices. These orifices can be located one above the other, for example, or concentric if the two "aerosol cans" are included in one another, their valves being, in this case, also concentric.

Such packaging, like most of those of the prior art, has certain drawbacks: in particular, it does not allow the replacement of the two "aerosol cans" in the container since the capsule is crimped onto this container; in addition, there is a risk of losing the dispensing head since it is removable.

Consequently, the object of the present invention is to propose a packaging for two pressurized containers which allows, on the one hand, to easily replace the two containers included in the packaging and, on the other hand, to make the dispensing head of the conditioning.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a packaging of this type, which is easily achievable by molding and at very low costs.

These aims, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved by packaging for two pressurized containers of the "aerosol can" type, these containers each comprising a cylindrical body, the upper part of which is closed by a cup of valve carrying 'a dispensing valve and being substantially the same height, this packaging comprising, firstly, a cylindrical envelope of oval section, which surrounds the bodies of these containers, secondly, a jumper which joins the two valve cups of these containers, and, thirdly, a dispensing member, which comprises an actuation zone and two outlet orifices, these two orifices being each connected to one of the two valve outlets by a channel formed in the distribution, which packaging, according to the present invention, is characterized in that the base of the dispensing member is secured to the casing, the dispensing member being hollow and co mportant at least one deformable zone which connects this base to an actuation zone, this actuation zone comprising two conduits each of which defines at least part of one of the two channels supplying the orifices, each of these conduits being able to slide at the interior of a chimney carried by the rider, each chimney being arranged in line with a distribution valve carried by one of the valve cups, each of the conduits being able to cause the valve to open, to the right of which it is found, by sliding in its associated chimney under the effect of a displacement of the actuation zone by action of a user.

The base of the dispensing member is preferably made integral with the casing by snap-fastening. Similarly, the jumper is snapped onto the valve cups of the two containers.

Advantageously, the valve of each container is a valve with an emerging stem, the duct which is associated with it, coming to cap the emerging stem of the valve, this stem abutting against an annular step formed at the connection of the channel of this duct with a recess allowing the introduction of the valve stem.

Preferably, the dispensing member comprises, on the one hand, a cover snapped in at its base onto the envelope, this cover comprising, first of all, the conduits, the channels of which open into the same bore open to the outside and , secondly, the actuation zone and, secondly, a dispensing nozzle consisting, firstly, of a plate comprising the two orifices and bearing on the periphery of the opening outside the bore of the cover and, secondly, of a tube substantially coaxial with the bore of the cover, in which it is housed, a space existing between the wall of this tube and that of this bore, the space communicating with the one of the orifices of the plate and with one of the channels of the conduits while the interior of the tube communicates with the other orifice of the plate and with the other channel.

According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the two orifices are substantially concentric, the first, or central orifice, being circular, the second, or peripheral orifice, consisting of several portions of the same crown.

Advantageously, the peripheral orifice consists of two portions of crown symmetrical with respect to the central orifice.

  • - la figure 1 est une vue en coupe verticale selon la ligne I-I de la figure 2 d'un conditionnement selon la présente invention pour deux "bombe aérosol", les deux récipients pressurisés n'étant pas coupés ;
The description which follows and which is in no way limiting, should be read with reference to the appended figures, among which:
  • - Figure 1 is a vertical sectional view along line II of Figure 2 of a packaging according to the present invention for two "aerosol can", the two pressurized containers not being cut;
  • - Figure 2 is a front view of the packaging of Figure 1; and
  • - Figure 3 is a top view of the packaging of Figure 1.

The jumper 4 brings together the two valve cups 8 and 9 of these containers 2 and 3 on which it is held in position by snap-fastening. The valve of each container 2 and 3 being a valve with an emerging stem 6 and 7 respectively, this jumper 4 also includes two chimneys 10 and 11 coaxial with these valve stems 6 and 7 respectively.

The distribution member 5 comprises an actuation zone 16 and two outlet orifices 18 and 19 which are each connected to one of the two emerging rods 6 and 7 by a channel 14a, 15a respectively formed in this same distribution member 5. The base 5a of the dispensing member 5 is made integral with the casing 1 by snap-fastening.

The distribution member 5 also comprises at least one deformable zone 5b, which connects its base 5a to the actuation zone 16, which comprises two conduits 14 and 15 each of which defines at least part of one of the two channels 14a and 15a supplying the orifices 18 and 19. Each of the conduits 14 and 15 can slide inside the chimney 110 and 11 respectively carried by the jumper 4: each chimney 10 and 11 is therefore arranged, as will have been understood previously. , in line with a distribution valve carried by one of the valve cups 8 or 9. Each of the conduits 14 and 15 can cause the valve to open, to the right of which it is located, by sliding in the chimney 10 or 11 associated under the effect of a displacement of the actuation zone 16 by action of a user.

The conduit 14 or 15 which is associated with the emerging rod 6 or 7 of a valve, covers this emerging rod 6 or 7, which abuts against an annular step 14b or 15 J 3 formed at the connection of the channel 14 -a or channel 15a of this conduit with a recess which allows the introduction of the emerging rod 6 or 7.

The dispensing member 5 comprises, on the one hand, a cover 12 and, on the other hand, a dispensing nozzle 13. The cover 12 is snapped on by its base 5a on the casing 1 and comprises, firstly, the conduits 14 and 15, the channels 14a and 15a of which open into the same bore open towards the outside and, secondly, the actuation zone 16. As for the dispensing nozzle 13, it consists, first of all, of 'A plate 17 which has the orifices 18 and 19 and bears on the periphery of the opening outside the bore of the cover 12 and, secondly, a tube 20 substantially coaxial with this bore, in which it is housed: a space 21 exists between the wall of this tube 20 and that of the bore. The space 21 communicates with one of the orifices 19 of the plate 17 and with one of the channels 15a of the conduits 14 and 15 while the interior of the tube 20 communicates with the other orifice 18 of the plate 17 and with the other channel 14a, according to the present embodiment.

The plate 17 is flat and located at one end of the large diameter of the oval defined by the envelope 1, the actuation zone 16 being substantially located at the other end of this same large diameter, as can be seen on Figure 3.

The two orifices 18 and 19 are substantially concentric: the first 18, or central orifice, is circular and in communication with the tube 20, the second, or peripheral orifice, is constituted by two portions 19a and 19b of the same crown, which are symmetrical with respect to the central orifice 18 and in communication with the space 21.

When the user presses on the actuation zone 16, he simultaneously exerts pressure on each emerging valve stem: consequently, it causes an ejection of a quantity of product contained in each "aerosol can" 2 and 3. The product contained in the aerosol can 2, according to the embodiment shown in the figures, is ejected outward through the central orifice 18 after passing through the conduit 14 and the tube 20, while that contained in the " aerosol can "3 is ejected outwards by the two crown portions 19a and 19b after passing through the duct 15 and the space 21: these two products will therefore be ejected without there being any possibility of mixing before the plate 17 The mixing of these two products can effectively only be carried out beyond this plate.

Such packaging is particularly advantageous when one of the products is in the form of gel and the other in the form of foam: in this case, the one which is in the form of gel will be ejected through the central orifice 18 while the other will be through the peripheral orifice 19. One can also use such a packaging for two complementary products such as a coloring product and an oxidant for hair dyeing. This packaging can also be used when the products contained in the two pressurized containers 2 and 3 are reactive components for producing an adhesive: the absence of a mixing chamber prevents total clogging of the dispensing device and even allows cleaning thereof. easy.
