Claims (15)

1. Automatischer Treibstangenverschluss mit Doppelwirkung, mit zwei Treibstangen, die in der Verriegelungsstellung mit einem Satz von Schliessblechen in Eingriff gehalten sind, einem Gehäuse (2), einem Satz von Winkelhebeln (3,4), die an ihren Scheiteln (13, 14) angelenkt und im Gehäuse (2) des Verschlusses (1) angeordnet sind, und einem Verstell- und Betätigungsgriff (51), der durch ein Federelement (55) in eine Ruhestellung vorgespannt und an einem seiner Enden (50) mit einer Betätigungsstange (46) versehen ist, die eine Nase (44) aufweist, welche zur Verriegelung eine Querkraft auf die Treibstangen ausübt, die je mit dem Ende eines der Arme (15, 16) der Winkelhebel (3, 4) verbunden sind, und die zur Entriegelung in eine Öffnung (36, 37) eingreift, die am Ende des anderen Armes (34, 35) der Winkelhebel (3, 4) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (36, 37) des anderen Armes (34, 35) der Winkelhebel (3, 4) am Rand (38, 39) des Armes (34, 35) in Form einer offenen Ausnehmung (40, 41 ) angeordnet ist, deren Boden eine Angriffskante (42, 43) bildet, die beim Entriegeln des Verschlusses (1 ) mit der Nase (44) der Betätigungsstange (46) zusammenwirkt.
2. Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nase (44) einen Leerweg (69) aufweist, der durch die Angriffskante (42, 43) und eine der Seitenwände (27) des Gehäuses (2) begrenzt ist.

Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verstell- und Betätigungsgriff (51 ) ein mit dem Gehäuse (2) verbundener Hebel ist, der an einer parallel zu den Treibstangen verlaufenden Achse (52) angelenkt ist und entgegengesetzt zum Hebelarm die Betätigungsstange (46) trägt, die mit der Nase (44) ausgestattet ist.

Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verstell und Betätigungsgriff (51 ) zwei parallele und mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Betätigungsstangen (46) trägt, die je über ihre Nase (44) auf die Angriffskante (44,43) eines Winkelhebels (3, 4) einwirken, der in ihrem Wirkungsbereich liegt.
5. Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Angriffskante (42, 43) jedes Winkelhebels (3, 4) eine konkave Krümmung (48, 49) aufweist, die ein Gleiten der Nase (44) an der Angriffskante (42, 43) begünstigt.
6. Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Treibstange an dem über einen Zapfen (19,20) mit dem Winkelhebel (3,4) verbundenen Ende ein Gleitstück (24, 25) aufweist, das vom Gehäuse (2) geführt ist.
7. Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Gleitstück (24,25) einen in Eingriff mit dem Winkelhebel (3, 4) stehenden Zapfen (19, 20) und eine Verbindung mit der Treibstange aufweist.

Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen den Treibstangen und jedem Gleitstück (24, 25) durch ein Verbindungselement (29, 30) gebildet ist, das über die Aussenseite (33) der Wand (32) des Gehäuses (2) vorragt und in eine langgestreckte Durchtrittsöffnung (31) der Wand (32) eingreift.

Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Treibstange an dem mit dem Winkelhebel (3,4) verbundenen Ende eine Rampe (73, 74) aufweist, die sich über die Bahn erstreckt, welche die betreffende Nase (44) während des zusätzlichen Leerweges (70) des Verstell- und Betätigungsgriffes (51) durchläuft.
10. Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Gleistück (24, 25) eine Rampe (73, 74) aufweist, die sich über die von der betreffenden Nase (44) während des Leerweges des Verstell-und Betätigungsgriffes (51) durchlaufene Bahn erstreckt.
11. Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Betätigungsstange (46) eine Positionierklinke (59) aufweist, die in einer Nabe (60) gleitet und durch ein Federelement (61) in die Wirkstellung vorgespannt ist.
12. Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierklinke (59) drei Positionen (62, 63, 64) aufweist, die den Stellungen des Verstell- und Betätigungsgriffes (51 ) entsprechen.
13. Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei der Positionen (62, 64) der Positionierklinke (59) der Verriegelungs- bzw. Entriegelungsstellung des Verschlusses entsprechen.
14. Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierklinke (59) Haltemittel aufweist, die in der Zwischenstellung (63) wirksam sind und den Verstell- und Betätigungsgriff (51 ) zum Schliessen des Flügels in der Zwischenstellung (67) halten.
15. Automatischer Verschluss mit Doppelwirkung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel einen Kopf (71) aufweisen, der mit einer Halteausnehmung (72) im Gehäuse (2) zusammenwirkt.
