Abstract

Klappstuhl mit einem Lehnenbügel (1), einer Sitzplatte (2), einem Vorderbeinpaar (3) und einem Hinterbeinpaar (4). Der Lehnenbügel (1), das Vorderbeinpaar (3) und das Hinterbeinpaar (4) sind um eine Querachse (10) schwenkbar miteinander verbunden. Das Hinterbeinpaar (4) ist mit einem Schiebestückpaar (8) versehen, mit welchem drei Strebenpaare (5, 6, 7) um eine Querachse (12) schwenkbar verbunden sind, die ferner um eine Querachse (13 bzw. 14 bzw. 15) schwenkbar mit dem Lehnenbügel (1) bzw. der Sitzplatte (2) bzw. dem Vorderbeinpaar (3) verbunden sind. Die Sitzplatte (2) ist um eine Querachse (11) schwenkbar mit dem Vorderbeinpaar (3) verbunden und stützt sich auf dem Schiebestückpaar (8) ab. Das Vorderbeinpaar (3) erstreckt sich senkrecht, das Hinterbeinpaar (4) schräg nach unten. Die beiden am Lehnenbügel (1) bzw. Derartige Klappstühle sind bekannt (DE-U 19 58 878). Dabei bilden das Vorderbeinpaar und das Hinterbeinpaar zwei zusammenklappbare Strebenkreuze beiderseits der Sitzplatte und unterhalb des Lehnenbügels. Die beiden Strebenkreuze sind durch Querstreben miteinander verbunden, welche sich jeweils zwischen dem Vorderbeinpaar bzw. dem Hinterbeinpaar erstrecken und auf denen die Sitzplatte aufliegt, die an der Querstrebe des Vorderbeinpaars drehbar befestigt ist und mit der Querstrebe des Hinterbeinpaars verriegelt werden kann. Die beiden Drehzapfen des einen bzw. des anderen Strebenkreuzes definieren eine Querachse, um welche das Vorderbeinpaar und das Hinterbeinpaar gegenseitig verschwenkt werden können. Die beiden Hinterbeine sind am jeweiligen oberen Ende mittels eines Zapfens in einem unteren Lagerbock am betreffenden Seitenarm des Lehnenbügels drehbar gelagert, welcher im Bereich des freien Endes dieses Seitenarms angeordnet ist. Diese beiden Zapfen definieren eine weitere Querachse, um welche das Hinterbeinpaar und der Lehnenbügel gegenseitig verschwenkt werden können. Das das Hinterbeinpaar kreuzende Vorderbeinpaar verläuft entgegengesetzt schräg geneigt, wobei auch die beiden Vorderbeine an den oberen Enden jeweils mit einem Zapfen versehen sind, welcher in einem Längsschlitz des erwähnten Lagerbocks auf der betreffenden Stuhlseite aufgenommen ist. Das erste Strebenpaar 5 ist von zwei einzelnen Metallstangen gebildet, welche jeweils am oberen Ende mittels eines unten an den Lehnenbügel 1 angeschraubten Lagerbocks 25, eines Lagerbolzens 26 und einer Scheibe 27 mit dem Lehnenbügel 1 verbunden sind, wobei die beiden Lagerbolzen 26 die Querachse 13 bzw. die entsprechende Schwenkachse definieren.
