Claims (14)

1. Lockenwickel, der eine Dauerwellung der Haare gestattet, enthaltend zylindrische Sträbe mit spitzen Enden, die parallel zur Kopfhaut unter die Haare geführt werden können, une Stäben, die sich beiderseits der spitzendigen Stäbe über den Haaren anordnen lassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus zwei getrennten Teilen gebildet ist, von denen der eine die genannten, unter die Haare bringbaren Stäbe (2, 3, 4 ; 21, 22, 23) und der andere die genannten, über den Haaren anzubrinenden Stäbe (5, 6, 7, 8 ; 27, 28, 29) aufweist, wobei die genannten Stäbe derart montierbar sind, daß sich ein regelmäßiger Wechsel von unter den Haaren gelegenen Stäben und von über den Haaren gelegenen Stäben ergibt, und daß sich die spitzendigen Stäbe (2, 3, 4 ; 21, 22, 23) eines Teiles von einem gemeinsamen Sockel (1, 20) aus erstrecken.
2. Lockenwickel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die spitzen Enden - zum Zusammenfügen der beiden Teile - in Löcher (14, 15, 16 ; 31, 32, 33) eines Sockels des anderen Teiles eintreten.
3. Lockenwickel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Teil spitzendige Stäbe (2, 3, 4 ; 5, 6, 7, 8) und einen Sockel (1, 1') aufweist, von dem aus sich die genannten Stäbe erstrecken, wobei in jedem Sockel in den Zwischenräumen zwischen den Stäben Löcher (10, 11, 12, 13 ; 14,15,16) vorgesehen sind.
4. Lockenwickel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrischen Stäbe (21, 22, 23 ; 27, 28, 29) gekrümmt sind, derart, daß sie der Krümmung der Kopfhaut in dem Bereich, über dem der Lockenwickel plaziert wird, folgen.
5. Lockenwickel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stäbe (27, 28, 29) des zur Anbringung über den Haaren bestimmten Teiles mit Schnellbefestigungs-Mitteln an den Sockeln (20, 30) versehen sind.

Lockenwickel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Schnellbefestigungs-Mittel Schlitze (24, 25, 26 ; 34, 35, 36) an den Sockeln (20, 30) enthalten, die in Kehren (37) enden, welche die Festlegung von verengten Verlängerungen (38) der betreffenden zylindrischen Stäbe gestatten.
7. Lockenwickel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die spitzendigen zylindrischen Stäbe des zur Anordnung unter den Haaren gegenüber der Kopfhaut bestimmten Teiles mit ihrem Sockel eine starre zusammenhängende Einheit bilden.
8. Lockenwickel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stäbe des zur Anbringung über dem Haar, in dem Zwischenräumen zwischen den Stäben des anderen Teiles, bestimmten Teiles vollständig abnehmbar und einzeln an dem Lockenwickel anbringbar sind.

Lockenwickel nach den Ansprüchen 5 bis 8 insgesamt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten zylindrischen abnehmbaren Stäbe an ihrem Enden fadenförmige Verlängerungen (38) aufweisen, die sich in einem abgeflachten Endstück (39) fortsetzen, unter dem ein verformbares elastisches Verbindungsteil befestigt ist.

Lockenwickel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Tragelement oder einen Sockel (1', 30) aufweist, der mit einem Loch versehen ist, das zur Aufnahme des spitzen Endes bestimmt ist, und eine Begrenzung für die Stäbe desjenigen Teiles ist, der den genannten Sockel nicht enthält.
11. Lockenwickel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenräume zwischen den Stäben unterschiedlich sind, um eine Unregelmäßigkeit des natürlichen Aussehens des Haares hervorzurufen.
12. Lockenwickel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stäbe (2, 3, 4 ; 21, 22, 23) mit dem Sockel vergossen sind.
13. Lockenwickel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stäbe (2, 3,4 ; 21, 22, 23) in den Sockel eingeschraubt sind.
14. Lockenwickel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Stäbe in der Größenordnung von 10 bis 25 cm liegt, der Durchmesser der Stäbe in der Größenordnung von 10 bis 20 mm liegt und der Abstand zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Stäben ein und desselben Teiles zwischen 15 und 30 mm beträgt.
