Description
Die Erfindung betrift einen Verpackungskarton gemäss Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches. The invention relates to a packaging box according to the preamble of the claim.
Such boxes often contain instructions for use for the products packaged in them. Warranty certificates and warnings regarding compatibility must often be added to the products in the box. In order to avoid inserting such information into the carton together with the product, it has now become common to print this information on the inner wall of the carton and to design the latter so that it can be laid out flat when the product is removed. Such a carton is described in US-A-4,441,612 and WO 82 102 531. With this box, only one tear line needs to be opened to open a lid wall and remove the contents from the box. However, two more tear lines must be cut on this so that the finished box can be spread out flat. To do this, a pull must be exerted in a direction that is different from the pulling direction when the first tear line is cut. So at least two manipulations are necessary to spread the box flat.
A sealed package is described in US-A-2,981,456, but no fewer than seven tear lines must be separated in several steps to lay this package flat.
The object of the present invention is to provide a carton which can be opened and laid out flat with a single simple manipulation.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the carton described in
In the case of the box according to the invention, after opening the tear line in the front wall, the top wall can be raised for the purpose of opening the box. The tear lines are also cut that run along the edge of the box on which two wing flaps belonging to the end walls are connected to the top wall, and which essentially form continuations of the tear line in the front wall, as a result of which the box is laid flat with a single upward movement can be.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, for example.

It should also be pointed out that the terms "top wall", "front wall", "rear wall" and "bottom wall" refer to a specific position of the box and should make it easier to identify the different box walls.
The same parts are provided with the same reference symbols in all the figures.
The carton comprises four
The
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the
The
An
In the
The finished cardboard box shown in FIG. 2 is produced by first forming a tube of rectangular cross section by gluing the
In the same way, the
In order to open the carton, the

The inside of the flat-out carton is then shown in FIG. 4 and can contain instructions for use and other information printed thereon, which can now be easily read after opening the carton. FIG. 4 also shows that the
