Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shelf with stacked goods receptacles, which are held by supports, which in turn are each inserted with a hooking piece in stacked holding openings and have a lockable joint for changing their inclination.
  • a shelf is the subject of FR-A 1 253 346.
  • the supports support the product supports designed as a support over their entire length.
  • the hinge is provided near the rear end of each bracket so that the bracket as a whole can be pivoted out of a horizontal position.
  • Shelves of this type are not ideal for the standing presentation of magazines.
  • the individual magazines stand vertically in the goods receptacles with the front page facing the front, which are bounded at the front by a glass pane. Since such shelves are usually relatively large, it would be difficult to recognize the magazines located far above or below eye level if they were aligned exactly vertically.
  • the carriers are therefore inclined in such a way that the upper magazines are tilted forward and the lower magazines are tilted backwards. As a result, all goods receipts can be aligned so that the magazines can be optimally viewed from the front regardless of the shelf height.
  • the supports are designed to be of different lengths and inclined differently relative to the respective hook piece for the purpose of attachment at different heights. Magazines can be optimally kept on such a shelf, but it is expensive to manufacture, since the supports for different heights have to be designed differently. Apart from this, such a shelf can only be used for a single purpose.
  • the above-mentioned shelf according to FR-A 1 253 346 with a lockable joint in the immediate vicinity of the respective hooking pieces is only suitable for presenting magazines lying flat on shelf floors, for example. If magazines were arranged upright, they would interfere with each other with different inclinations of the carriers, provided that the height spacing of the carriers was not undesirably large.
  • FR-A 749 479 already describes a holder in which display cabinets are arranged one above the other to be pivotable about horizontal axes by means of lockable joints.
  • Each joint has a toothed ring and a wooden disc can be rotated when the clamping nut is not tightened. If you tighten the clamping nut, the toothed disc digs with its teeth in the resulting position in the wooden disc and thereby blocks the joint.
  • the invention has for its object to design a shelf of the type mentioned in such a way that it can be used with as few differently designed parts for different presentation purposes and is particularly suitable for the standing arrangement of magazines in different inclined goods receptions depending on the altitude.
  • each carrier consists of two telescopically pull-apart components, one of which is designed to hold the goods receptacle and the other component has a connection to the hooking piece and that the component designed to hold the goods receptacle consists of two by the joint interconnected legs.
  • the individual carriers can be pulled apart as far as is necessary due to the respective altitude or the goods receptacle used. Therefore, the shelf is particularly suitable for the standing presentation of magazines.
  • the individual beams can be used for all heights, so that you do not have to worry about the installation height when manufacturing or buying the beams. This makes the manufacture of such shelves considerably cheaper than the shelves known to date. Furthermore, it is possible to subsequently redesign an existing shelf using the same supports, for example by placing it higher.
  • the shelf Due to its adaptability, the shelf is of course also ideally suited for the presentation of other objects, for example for books, records, tapes or the like.
  • this tilting means that a larger number of brackets can be arranged one above the other than in the case of brackets whose joint is located directly next to the wall.
  • the shelf according to the invention is not only suitable for the standing presentation of magazines, rather shelves can also be attached to the supports instead of magazine recordings.
  • the shelves are only attached to the front legs, so that they can also be brought into an inclined position due to the joint.
  • the shelf according to the invention is structurally particularly simple if the component with the hooking piece has a tube piece and the other component is inserted with one leg into the tube piece so as to be telescopically displaceable.
  • the telescopically extendable leg is secured against rotation about its longitudinal axis in a simple manner if the pipe section is rectangular in cross section and the leg inserted therein is designed accordingly.
  • the component with the joint can be reliably determined in very different angular positions if the two legs lie on top of one another in the region of the joint with face gears and are designed to be clamped together by means of a screw connection.
  • Another advantageous embodiment of the invention is that holes are provided on the front leg of the component with the joint pointing upwards for the passage of fastening screws which serve to fasten the goods receptacles.
  • different goods receptacles for example shelves or shopping baskets, can be attached to the carriers particularly easily.
  • each carrier is particularly simple if it is an angular profile and the holes are provided in the horizontally aligned web.
  • Glass panes can be attached to them without having to redesign the carrier if the holes for inserting suction cups for fastening a glass pane are designed as goods receptacles.
  • the rear leg can be pulled apart telescopically, but also the front leg consists of a tube piece and a flat iron guided therein in a telescopic manner.
  • the length of the boom can then be changed to an even greater extent.
  • different goods receptacles can be assembled particularly easily.
  • a stepless adjustment of the joint is possible without the risk of unintentional kinking if the two legs have spur toothing in the area of the joint and a disk made of a deformable material is provided between the spur toothing.
  • each support 2-9 is provided with a hooking piece 10 designed in the usual way, which is inserted into holding openings 11, 12 of the perforated strips 1.
  • each support 2-9 consists of two components 13, 14 which can be telescoped apart.
  • the rear component 13 is connected to the hooking piece 10 and the front component 14 is pushed into the rear component 13.
  • a locking screw 15 secures the front component 14 in its position relative to the rear component 13.
  • the front component 14 has a joint 16, by means of which it is possible to tilt a goods receptacle 17 more or less forwards or backwards.
  • the shelf is used for standing presentation of magazines.
  • the goods receptacles 17 each have a glass pane 18 held in a frame on their front side, against which the foremost magazine rests. Further to the rear, a support 19 is provided which prevents the standing magazines from falling over. It can be seen in FIG. 1 that the goods receptacles 17 are inclined downwards to different degrees due to a different setting of the joints 16. In the case of a high shelf, the joints of the lower beams will be bent so that the lower goods receptacles are facing upwards so that the magazines presented can also be seen frontally there.
  • Figures 2 to 5 show the structural design of a carrier in more detail. It can be seen that the component 13 has a pipe section 20 into which one leg 21 of the other component 14 is pushed.
  • the pipe section 20, as can be seen in FIG. 3, has a rectangular cross section.
  • the leg 21 is a flat iron which fits exactly in the height of the pipe section 20 and is fixed from the side by the set screw 15 in the pipe section 20.
  • the hooking piece 10 is welded against one side of the pipe piece 20.
  • FIG. 1 shows that the legs 21 of the components 12 of the lower supports are so long that they can no longer be pushed far enough into the pipe sections to serve as the upper supports. However, one can either saw off a piece of the legs 21 or use components 14 with shorter legs 21 from the outset. It is also possible to arrange the upper and lower region of the perforated strip 1 at an angle so that the carriers protrude further there without having to be pulled further out of their respective pipe sections 20.
  • the component 14 consists of the leg 21 and a leg 22 which through the joint 16 with the Leg 21 is connected.
  • the two legs 21, 22 touch in the area of the joint 16 by means of a spur toothing 23.
  • a screw 24 with a nut 25 forms the axis of rotation of the joint 16. By tightening the nut 25, the joint 16 can be determined in different angular positions in accordance with the division of the spur toothing will.
  • FIG. 3 shows the pipe section 20 to which the hooking piece 10 is attached.
  • the leg 21 is arranged telescopically extendable.
  • FIG. 4 shows a section through the joint 16.
  • the legs 21, 22 can be seen, which are each firmly connected to a toothed washer 35, 36.
  • These toothed disks 35, 36 have the toothing 23.
  • FIGS. 2 and 5 also show that the front leg 22 is formed from a tube piece 30 which is pushed onto the leg 22.
  • This leg 22 is a flat iron.
  • An angle piece 31, which has holes 26, 27, is welded to the pipe section 30.
  • These are used to carry out screws with which goods receptacles 17, but also shelves (not shown) can be fastened on the leg 22.
  • Such a shelf can of course also protrude the leg 21.
  • the joint 16 must be designed so that it does not protrude upward above the height of the upper web of the leg 22, which can be seen in FIGS. 4 and 5.
  • a locking screw 15, which corresponds functionally to the locking screw 15 in FIG. 2, serves to lock the pipe section 28 on the leg 22.
  • suction cups can be inserted into the holes 26, 27 instead of screws.
  • a suction cup 29 is shown by way of example in FIG. 6. It has a shaft 30 with which it can be inserted into the holes 26, 27 from above.
  • FIG. 7 shows that the joint 16 can also have a washer 34 made of soft material between the two spur gears 32, 33. Then, when tightening the nut 25, the spur gears 32, 33 press into the washer 34, so that the joint 16 can be locked in any position.
