Description

Werkzeuganordnung, bestehend aus Schlagbohrer und BohrstangeTool arrangement consisting of hammer drill and boring bar

The invention relates to a tool assembly according to the preamble of claim 1. Such tool assemblies are commonly used when working with H andbohrhämmern in the drilling of explosive and anchor holes in the tunneling and mining-tunneling.

However, the use of heavy drilling or hydraulic-Lafettenbohrwagen to such tool assemblies have not been successful, since in this case there is a risk that the tapered connection by the P to rellschläge especially spotting and withdrawing the tool triggers. By loosening the cone connection, not only the impact drill can be lost. If the hammer drill gets stuck in a hole and the drill rod is to be extended, the entire hole must also be considered lost.

When using powerful hydraulic drilling machines, tool arrangements are therefore generally used in which the percussion drill and the boring bar are connected by a thread pairing, the percussion drill having an internal thread, as described, for example, in US Pat. No. 2,725,216. has and the boring bar is provided with a corresponding external thread. Such tool arrangements are not only more complex to manufacture, they also require a larger outer diameter, so that you can choose the smallest Bohrdurch knife is more restricted.

The invention has for its object to improve a tool assembly consisting of a hammer drill provided with an inner cone and a boring bar provided with a corresponding outer cone so that the hammer drill remains on the boring bar even when using heavy hydraulic machines.

This object is achieved by the features characterized in claim 1. The securing element prevents the hammer drill from falling off even if the conical connection has already loosened. Nevertheless, the impact drill can be removed from the boring bar if necessary thanks to the resilient nature of the securing element.

Appropriate developments of the invention are described in the subclaims. Thus, the percussion drill can be applied to the boring bar in a particularly simple manner and removed again when the tool arrangement is designed. According to claim 3 trained securing elements are commercially available elements, so that the invention can be implemented with little effort.

Embodiments of the object of the invention are shown in the drawing and are explained in more detail below. Show it:
  • Fig. 3 shows a tool arrangement with a so-called clip ring in longitudinal section and
  • Fig. 2 shows a tool arrangement with two snap rings in longitudinal section.

The rock impact drill 1 - also called impact drill in the following for short - is provided with an inner cone 3, into which an inner groove 4 is embedded. The boring bar 2 is provided with a truncated cone-shaped outer cone 5, into which a circumferential groove 6 is embedded.

When assembling the tool arrangement, a so-called clip ring or spring clip 7, the inside diameter D 7 of which, in the undeformed state, is larger than the outside diameter D 6 of the circumferential groove 6, is pushed onto the conical shaft 5 and pressed into the circumferential groove 6. In this position, the percussion drill 1 is applied with its inner cone 3 to the conical pin 5. The clip ring 7 is further compressed by the inner cone 3, reducing its interruption 8 on the circumference, until the elevation 9 of the clip ring 7 can be inserted into the inner groove 4. The clip ring 7, through its elevation 9 and the inner groove 4, represents a certain resistance to the impact drill 1 slipping off the boring bar 2. Conversely, the impact drill 1 can be easily removed from the boring bar 2 when higher axial forces are applied.

The tool arrangement according to FIG. 2. has two round wire snap rings 11, 12, which can be designed, for example, in the form B according to DIN 7993 (4/70). In the inner cone 3 of the hammer drill 1 are corresponding to two I nnennuten 4 and arranged according to two circumferential grooves 6 in the conical pin. 5
