The invention relates to an alarm system on carrying bags and similar objects, which protects both the bag from unauthorized removal and the objects contained therein from the theft, and also protects the wearer in dangerous situations.

Acoustic alarm devices are known which can be carried by a person and can be triggered in the event of danger and then shrill. To do this, however, such a device must always be specially guided and within reach.

There are also known supporting objects which are protected from one or the other type of theft by a built-in circuit. The arrangement of a circuit which, however, with a circuit can protect both the person and the goods against the most common types of use, is the object of the invention.

This is achieved according to the invention by providing a supporting object with an aluminum siren with a closed circuit which starts at any point in the circuit when interrupted. Now a branch line of this circuit leads through the carrying strap and is interrupted at one point by a hand switch.

Now the siren is triggered both when the strap, which is by far the most common type of pocket theft, is severed and makes it impossible for the bag to escape unnoticed. But it is also triggered by the wearer using the hand switch in the event of danger and thus calls for help.
