Im Handel sind verschiedene Leder- bzw. Schuhpflegesysteme für Selbstglanzemulsionen mit Schwammapplikator bekannt. Ferner werden Produkte mit getränkten Schwämmen angeboten. Darüber hinaus gibt es mit einem Produkt-Verstreich- bzw. -Verreibekopf, z.B. mit einem Schwamm ausgestattete Produktbehälter, insbesondere Tuben. Ein Nachteil der bekannten Systeme besteht darin, daß sie immer nur einen Teil der für die Schuhpflege erforderlichen Arbeitsschritte vereinigen. Es ist dabei zu berücksichtigen, daß auch Selbstglanzemulsionen auf die Dauer das Nachpolieren nicht entbehrlich machen.Various leather and shoe care systems for self-gloss emulsions with a sponge applicator are known in the trade. Wesentlich ist hierbei, daß das Produkt an die Spitze der Borstenbündel hingeführt wird und nicht am Boden des Bürstenkörpers austritt. Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt der Produktauftrag also mittels Spenderbetätigung durch medienführende Borstenbündel, wobei je nach gewünschter Applikationsart ein oder mehrere Borstenbündel produktführend ausgestattet werden können. Die entsprechenden Borstenbündel sollen röhrenförmig ausgebildet sein:

An die äußere Kante der Borstenfläche 3 der Schmutzbürste 6 bzw. an die angrenzende äußere Kante des Hohlgriffkörpers 3 kann ausserdem ein Schmutzschaber 9 angeformt sein.
