Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft die Wrasenabzugseinrichtung eines Backofens, insbesondere den Backofen eines Herdes.The invention relates to the vapor extraction device of an oven, in particular the oven of a stove.
Die sich im Backofen bildenden Wrasen treten an der Türoberseite aus und sind wegen ihrer relativ hohen Temperatur für Bedienungspersonen und die in der Regel oberhalb der Tür angeordneten Bedienungselemente gefährlich und schädlich. Außerdem wird die Herdblende mit ihren Betätigungsknebeln durch das im Wrasen enthaltene Fett verschmutzt.The vapors that form in the oven emerge from the top of the door and, because of their relatively high temperature, are dangerous and harmful for operators and the control elements usually located above the door. Der im Backofen entstehende Wrasen wird durch eine in der Backofendecke vorgesehene Entlüftungsöffnung über einen im Kühlluftstrom liegenden Wrasenabzugskanal ebenfalls in den Bereich zwischen Herdblende und Tür geleitet und dort mit Kühlluft vermischt. Dadurch wird die Wrasenaustrittstemperatur und die Verschmutzungsgefahr der Herdblende vermindert. Nachteilig ist, daß sich bereits im Wrasenabzugskanal Fett u.dgl. niederschlägt und dieser Teil sich nur schwierig reinigen läßt.In order to avoid these disadvantages, provision has already been made (DE-PS 1 579 665) to cool the oven by a cooling air flow guided around it, the cooling air exiting between the stove top and the oven door. Aus dem Backofen 1 führt durch die Backofendecke 2 die Entlüftungsöffnung 3, über welche die Auslaßdüse 4 mit ihrer Einlaßöffnung 5 für den abzuleitenden Wrasen geschoben werden kann. Die Auslaßdüse 4 liegt in dem angedeuteten Kühlluftkanal 6, durch welchen mittels eines Gebläses 7 Kühlluft um den Backofen herum und zwischen Herdblende 8 mit den Bedienungselementen 9 und der Oberkante der Tür 10 ausgeblasen wird.From the
Die Auslaßdüse 4 ist in der Mitte des sich über einen größeren Bereich der BacKofendecke erstreckenden Kühlluftkanales 6 angeordnet, wie Fig. 2 erkennen läßt, und weist eine sich zur Austrittsöffnung verbreiternde flache Form auf. Kühlluft kann durch die seitlichen Luftzutrittsöffnungen 11 dem Wrasen in der Auslaßdüse 4 beigemischt werden, und nach dem Austritt dieses Gemisches erfolgt eine weitere Vermischung mit der ausgeblasenen Kühlluft.The
Die Auslaßdüse 4 ist von vorne einschiebbar und rastet dabei so ein, daß.sich die Entlüftungsöffnung 3 und die Einlaßöffnung 5 decken. Unter Überwindung des Rastendruckes kann die Auslaßdüse 4 jederzeit zur Reinigung entnommen werden. Wie Fig. 3 veranschaulicht, können hierzu die beiden miteinander verklipsten, aus Kunststoff bestehenden Halbschalen 12 und 13 getrennt und so innen von Verschmutzungen ohne Schwierigkeit gesäubert werden. Auch die Entlüftungsöffnung 3 ist so leicht zur Reinigung zugänglich. Die Rippen 14 dienen zur Lenkung der Strömung des Wrasen- Luft- Gemisches.The
