Description

  • La présente invention concerne une nouvelle boîte pour contenir des produits divers qui doivent être conservés d'une manière étanche à l'air pendant un laps de temps plus ou moins long et qui doit être inviolable jusqu'au moment de l'utilisation du produit contenu.
  • L'invention s'étend en particulier à la réalisation de boîtes pouvant contenir des produits devant être conserves longuement, boîtes qui étaient jusqu'à présent fabriquées en métal.
  • La tecnnique antérieure a fait connaître de très nombreux modes de réalisation de boîtes qui comportent un corps recouvert par un couvercle fixe, soit par soudure, soit par sertissage, soit par une combinaison de ces deux moyens, des zones de moindre résistance étant prévues soit à la partie supérieure de la boîte soit dans le couvercle pour permettre de déchirer la boîte ou le couvercle et d'avoir ainsi accès au produit contenu.
  • La technique antérieure est particulièrement illustrée par:
  • Le brevet US-A-2 941660 qui concerne une boîte formant conteneur pour produits divers, notamment pour produits alimentaires comportant un corps formant une bride et un couvercle prenant appui sur ladite bride et soudé à celle-ci, la soudure s'étendant sur une largeur inférieure à la largeur de la bride.
  • Le brevet US-A-3 463 347 qui décrit une fermeture pour un récipient, cette fermeture comprenant un organe venant s'appliquer sur une bride du récipient.
  • La présente invention crée une nouvelle boîte de très faible prix de revient, qui peut être stérilisée et remplie sous vide et dont l'ouverture est ensuite facile, sans nécessiter aucun outillage es sans que l'utilisateur puisse se blesser, la boîte présentant en outre l'avantage dé pauvoir ensuite être réutilisée.
  • La présente invention apporte des perfecsionnements qui éliminent le risque de former une soudure trop large ou trop étroite et, de plus, l'ouverture de la boîte est rendue extrêmement facile.
  • Le brevet US-A3 515 334 révèle une boîte formant conteneur pour produits divers, notamment pour produits alimentaires, comportant un corps formant bride et un couvercle formant aussi bride, les deux brides prenant appui l'une sur l'autre et étant soudées l'une à l'autre, la soudure s'étendant sur une largeur inférieure à la largeur des brides qui comportent des moyens de rupture au moins des parties soudées et la soudure étant formée le long de la périphérie externe d'une gorge prévue dans l'une des brides et constitutive desdits moyens de rupture. Conformément à l'invention, la boîte ainsi défine est caractérisée en ce que la bride complémentaire à celle comprenant la gorge périphérique présente des amorces de rupture périphériques formées en regard des
  • bords montants de la gorge périphérique es constitutives aussi desdits moyens de rupture.

  • Des formes de réalisation de l'objet de l'invention sont représentées, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, aux dessins annexés.
    • La fig. 1 est une coupe partielle schématique d"une boîte selon l'invention.
    • La fig. 2 est un plan vu de dessus correspondant à la fig. 1 mais à plus petite échelle.
    • La fig. 3 est une coupe partielle analogue à la fig.1 d'une variante.
    • La fig. 4 est une coupe vue suivant la ligne IV-IV de la fig. 3.
  • La fig. 1 illustre de façon schématique et partielle un mode de réalisation d'une boîte selon l'invention. Aux fig. 1 à 4, le corps 1 de la boîte présente une paroi montante 3 qui forme une bride périphérique 4.
  • La boîte est munie d'un couvercle 7 délimitant aussi une bride 8 qui correspond à la bride 4 du corps.
  • La bride 4 présente dans sa paroi supérieure une gorge périphérique 28 de part et d'autre de laquelle sont délimités deux segments 29, 30. Le bord des segments 29, 30 qui jouxtent la gorge 25 est à angle vif.
  • La bride 8 présente en regard des bords ci- dessus des amorces de rupture périphériques 31, 32. De cette façon un segment annulaire 33 s'étend au-dessus de la gorge périphérique 28. Au moins un bouton 34 est prévu au-dessus du segment 33.
  • Lorsque la boîte est remplie et que le couvercle 7 est mis en place, il est procédé à la soudure du couvercle ce qui est réalisé, par exemple, par vibration. La soudure est formée à la périphérie des brides de manière que seule la partie de la bride 8 du couvercle s'étendant au-delà de l'amorce de rupture 31 soit soudée sur le segment 30. La présence de la gorge périphérique 28 empêche que la soudure puisse s'étendre vers l'intérieur de sorte qu'un anneau soudé 35 de largeur bien uniforme est formé. Lorsqu'on désire ouvrir la boîte il suffit d'exercer une pression sur le bouton 34, ce qui rompt la bride 8 au niveau des amorces de rupture 31, 32. En tirant sur le bouton 34 on déchire ensuite tout le segment annulaire 33 ce qui fait que le couvercle 7 peut être retiré facilement puis ensuite remis en place si le contenu de la boîte n'est pas utilisé dans sa totalité.
  • Les fig. 3 et 4 illustrent une légère variante selon laquelle le bouton 34a est formé à l'extrémité d'une patte 36 faisant elle-même partie du segment annulaire 33. Dans cette réalisation, pour ouvrir, on exerce comme précédemment tout d'abord une pression sur le bouton 34a pour rompre le segment annulaire 33 et ensuite on exerce une traction pour déchirer ledit segment 33. La présence de la patte 36 qui est souple facilite la déchirure du segment 33.
  • La gorge périphérique 28 peut être formée dans la bride du couvercle et, dans ce cas, l'anneau ou segment annulaire de rupture 33 est formé dans la bride de la boîte.

Claims (5)

1 - Boîte formant conteneur pour produits divers, notamment pour produits alimentaires, comportant un corps (1) formant bride (4) et un couvercle (7) formant aussi bride (8), les deux brides prenant appui l'une sur l'autre et ésant soudées l'une à l'autre, la soudure (35) s'étendant sur une largeur inférieure à la largeur des brides (4, 8) qui comportent des moyens de rupture au moins des parties soudées (30) et la soudure (35) étant formée le long de la périphérie externe d'une gorge (28) prévue dans l'une des brides (4, 8) et constitutive desdits moyens de rupture, caractérisée en ce que la bride (8) complémentaire à celle (4) comprenant la gorge périphérique (28) présente des amorces de rupture périphériques (31, 32) formées en regard des bords montants de la gorge périphérique (28) et constisutives aussi desdits moyens de rupture.
2 - Boîte suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les bords délimitant la gorge périphérique (28) sont vifs.
3 - Boîte suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un segmens annulaire (33) délimisé par les amorces de rupture (31,32) est muni d'au moins un bouton de pression (34).
4 - Boîte suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le bouton de pression (34a) est relié au segment annulaire de rupture par une patte souple.
5 - Boîte suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la soudure (35) est formée par un anneau, qui s'étend depuis le bord périphérique externe des brides (4,8) jusqu'au premier bord montant de la gorge périphérique (28).
