Opt. the faces of the panels are covered or coated with a sound-absorbant matl. such as felt or rubber.

Description

The object of the present invention is an individual toy for the aerial bouncing of a ball, in particular a ball partially connected to a fork frame.

The object of the present invention is that of making a toy which allows, to each individual, the aerial rebounding of a ball, by rebounding, from a first position to another specular to the first, and vice versa.

Another object of the present invention is that of allowing what has been mentioned above, independently of the position taken, in space, by said toy.

These aims are achieved thanks to the invention in question, which is characterized by the fact of comprising a fork frame, endowed, at the central part and outside, with a handle, while inside, the two teeth of the fork end in two enlarged surfaces, one opposite the other and the base of the two teeth the fork frame carries a flexible wire, at the end of which is connected a ball, being at the height of the two widened surfaces; the length of said flexible wire is therefore such that the said ball can contact one and the other of the two surfaces having a preferably round or oval shape.

A preferred solution of the invention provides that the enlarged surfaces struck by the ball are directed slightly outward, so as to subject the wire to continuous traction.

Another preferred solution of the invention provides that the fork frame is made of a material particularly suitable for bouncing the ball.

Encore une autre réalisation préférée de-l'invention prévoit que les surfaces élargies soient revêtues sur la face frappée par la balle d'une matière destinée à faire rebondir mieux la balle, ou bien d'une matière qui peut amortir le bruit produit par celle-ci.Yet another preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the enlarged surfaces are coated on the face struck by the ball with a material intended to make the ball bounce better, or else with a material which can dampen the noise produced by that -this.

  • la Figure 1 est une vue de face d'une réalisation préférée de l'invention;
Other characteristics of the present invention will be more evident from the detailed description of a preferred, but nonlimiting embodiment of the invention in question, illustrated only by way of example in the appended drawing, where:
  • Figure 1 is a front view of a preferred embodiment of the invention;
  • Figure 2 is a view of a second embodiment of the invention; and
  • Figure 3 is an enlarged perspective view of the embodiment of Figure 2.

Dans la réalisation de la Figure 1 lesdites surfaces 4 sont placées essentiellement perpendiculaires à la trajectoire de la balle 5, oscillante entre les deux surfaces 4.Referring first to Figure 1, there is indicated by 1 the toy as a whole, consisting of a fork frame 2, endowed with a handle 3 and two teeth 2a at the free ends of which one has made two flat surfaces 4, preferably oval or elliptical and connected to the upper part of the frame 2. A ball 5 is connected, by means of a flexible wire 6, to the frame 2, or better still at the bottom of the space between the teeth 2. The length of this flexible wire 6 is at least such that the ball 5 can come into contact with the flat surfaces 4, which are placed opposite one another, preferably arranged perpendicularly to the trajectory of the ball 5. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, said surfaces 4 are placed essentially perpendicular to the trajectory of the ball 5, oscillating between the two surfaces 4.

In the embodiments of FIGS. 2 and 3, the surfaces 4 are indicated by 14 and they are inclined, both outwards, by the same angle A, with respect to the dotted plane P perpendicular to the pendular trajectory of the ball. The surfaces 14 are fixed to the end 12a of the fork frame 12, as in the embodiment of Figure 1, while a handle indicated by 13 is fixed in turn in the middle zone of said chassis, towards the outside.

The bale 5 can thus carry out alternating oscillations from one flat surface 4 to the other, always keeping the wire 6 in tension, whatever the position of the ball 5 relative to the point of attachment of the wire 6 which connects, that is to say even if the ball is placed at the top of the handle 3 (or 13).

The chassis 2 (or 12) is preferably in one piece with the handle 3 (or 13) and it is made of a material such as to allow good bouncing of the ball 5 with each stroke on the surfaces 4 (or 14 ).

The inner side 7 of the surfaces 4 (or 14) may be coated with a material which dampens noise or which makes the ball bounce better. Said materials can be for example felt or coutchou, respectively.

Pour faciliter la connexion initiale de la balle 5 au fil 6 et ce dernier au châssis 2 (ou 12) à l'assemblage, la poignée 3 (ou 13) et respectivement la balle 5 doivent présenter un trou longitudinal passant, indiqué par les traits pointillés sur la Figure 3.To facilitate the initial connection of the bale 5 to the wire 6 and the latter to the frame 2 (or 12) at the assembly, the handle 3 (or 13) and respectively the bale 5 must have a passing longitudinal hole, indicated by the lines dotted in Figure 3.

The toy in question, structured as above, allows those with skillful use to bounce "ball 5 from one surface to another, regardless of the position taken in space of said toy, which thus achieves the most varied evolutions which can be placed, with the ball in motion, even above the player's head.
