Description
The invention relates to a cremone bolt, in particular a cremone bolt for a door, French window or the like comprising at least one operating rod provided with at least one locking element penetrating into a keeper fixed to the frame; a locking element of the operating rod in the unlocked position, said locking element being resiliently returned to the unlocked holding position of the operating rod and cooperating with unlocking means integral with the frame; elastic return means making it possible to move the operating rod from the unlocked position to the locked position: and a control mechanism comprising, on the one hand, a follower allowing the rod to operate and, on the other hand, a horizontal bolt movable by means of a barrel.
We already know, by German patent no. 1 062 143, a locking lever having the characteristics set out in the preamble of
However, when the opening is closed, there is a risk of injury due to an abrupt return of the handle when the rods are pushed by the spring into their locked positions. This abrupt recall of the handle is caused by the fact that the handle, via the follower, is connected to the rods and follows any movement of the latter. Furthermore, in the event of fatigue of the return spring acting on the operating rod, the lock-bolt cannot be brought into the locking position and the opening of the door or the French window cannot be prevented.
The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks. The invention, as characterized in the claims, solves these problems by creating a locking lever having a handle automatically returned to the rest position without action on the operating rod and, on the other hand, total security of '' an automatic locking when the door is closed and / or locked.
The advantages obtained by virtue of the invention essentially consist in that, despite possible fatigue of the return means of the operating rod in the locked position, the locking lever is brought into the locked position when the door is locked, French window or the like. At the same time, the invention allows standardization of door fittings. Since the handle, once lowered, automatically returns to its rest position, standard door fittings can be used.
The invention is set out below in more detail with the aid of drawings representing only one embodiment.

On se réfère aux figures 1 et 2.We refer to Figures 1 and 2.
The
The follower 7 also includes a
During the opening of the opening, the operating rod 6 must be kept in the unlocked position. Such a device for holding in the unlocked position is the subject of European divisional application 82 108 310.2 filed on September 9, 1982. It has been designated by 38 as a whole. It has two
To cause this lateral movement, release means 65 are provided which are integral with the edge of the frame. these unlocking means 65 comprise a
Lors de la fermeture de l'ouvrant, le fonctionnement de la crémone-serrure, conforme à l'invention. est le suivant:When the opening is closed, the operation of the locking lever, in accordance with the invention. is the next:
To block the opening of the door or French window, a second assembly is provided bringing and now in the locking position the operating rod 6 and ensuring, consequently, the locking of the bolt-
It is considered that the
