Abstract
Настоящее изобретение предлагает стальной корд (100). Стальной корд содержит сердцевинный слой и оболочковый слой, причем сердцевинный слой содержит множество сердцевинных проволочных нитей (105) в количестве n, и оболочковый слой содержит множество оболочковых проволочных нитей (110) в количестве m, причем указанный стальной корд имеет плоское сечение с большой осью и малой осью, указанное плоское сечение имеет степень сплющенности, которая является отношением длины большой оси к длине малой оси, степень сплющенности превышает величину 1,2, стальной корд имеет разрывную нагрузку BL, сердцевинные проволочные нити и оболочковые проволочные нити имеют суммарную разрывную нагрузку Sum BL, когда сердцевинные проволочные нити и оболочковые проволочные нити раскручены со стального корда, BLи Sum BLудовлетворяют следующему отношению: BL/Sum BL> 96%. Стальной корд имеет увеличенную разрывную нагрузку.
