Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к генетически модифицированным (GM) клеткам-натуральным киллерам (NK), описанным в настоящем документе, и к способам получения популяций GM NK-клеток. Кроме того, изобретение относится к способам применения GM NK-клеток, описанных в настоящем документе, например, для подавления пролиферации опухолевых клеток или для ингибирования патогенной инфекции, например вирусной инфекции.
