Abstract

Изобретение относится к способам изоляции водопритока и ликвидации зон поглощения при строительстве и ремонте скважин. Он заключается в том, что в скважину в интервал поглощения на колонне насосно-компрессорных труб (НКТ) спускают контейнер с днищем, соединенный с нижерасположенной трубой, содержащей нижнее днище и сливные окна. Днище контейнера снабжено осевым каналом, обеспечивающим гидравлическую связь полости контейнера с трубой. Соосно контейнеру установлен и выполнен с возможностью подключения к НКТ патрубок с механизмом вибрационного воздействия (МВВ) на среду контейнера с соплом, образующим вместе с осевым каналом днища инжектор. До спуска устройства в скважину общей заглушкой перекрывают сопло и осевой канал днища контейнера, загружают в контейнер водонабухающий полимер (ВНП), укладывают на поверхность полимера не менее одного шара для перекрытия осевого канала днища. Заполняют затрубное пространство скважины водой. После спуска в затрубное пространство и по колонне НКТ под давлением подают воду, удаляя заглушки из сопла и осевого канала днища, осуществляют запуск МВВ и инжекционный захват ВНП с последующей доставкой водно-полимерной смеси через окна трубы в затрубное пространство и зону поглощения. Об окончании процесса судят по скачку давления в колонне НКТ при перекрытии шаром осевого канала, что является сигналом для прекращения подачи воды. Технический результат заключается в повышении надежности доставки тампонажного материала в зону ликвидации поглощения, его эффективного перемешивания с водой с последующим созданием тампонажного экрана с высокими структурно-механическими свойствами.The invention relates to methods for isolating water inflow and the elimination of absorption zones in the construction and repair of wells. After descending into the annular space and along the tubing string under pressure, water is removed, removing the plugs from the nozzle and the axial channel of the bottom, launching the MWB and injection capture the GNP with subsequent delivery of the water-polymer mixture through the window openings into the annular space and the absorption zone. The end of the process is judged by the pressure jump in the tubing string when the ball overlaps the axial channel, which is a signal to stop the water supply. The technical result is to increase the reliability of delivery of the grouting material to the absorption liquidation zone, its effective mixing with water, followed by the creation of a grouting screen with high structural and mechanical properties.
