Abstract
Изобретение обеспечивает химически модифицированные олигонуклеотиды, которые способны ингибировать экспрессию (например, копийность) miRNA семейства miR-15, в том числе miR-15a, miR-15b, miR-16, miR-195, miR-424 и miR-497.
