Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине и биологии, а именно к средствам искусственного создания биологических тканей и органов, и может быть использовано в биотехнологии, биоинженерии, тканевой инженерии, регенеративной медицине, 3Д печати биологических тканей и органов. Сущность изобретения заключается в разработке способа печати биологических тканей и органов, а также устройства для его осуществления. Предлагаемое устройство содержит, по крайней мере, платформу для печати, модуль печати биочернилами, содержащий по меньшей мере одну форсунку, выполненную с возможностью дозирования биочернил, модуль печати гелеобразующей композицией, содержащий УФ-модуль и по меньшей мере одну форсунку, выполненную с возможностью дозирования полимеризующейся под действием УФ-излучения гелеобразующей композиции, и модуль относительного перемещения форсунок и/или платформы, в котором модуль печати биочернилами отделен от модуля печати гелеобразующей композицией так, чтобы исключить попадание УФ-излучения на модуль печати биочернилами, а излучение УФ-модуля направлено преимущественно параллельно плоскости платформы для печати так, чтобы исключить попадание УФ-излучения на печатаемые биологические ткани и/или органы. Технический результат заключается в создании многофункционального устройства, которое способно совмещать разные режимы печати, в обеспечении печати с высоким разрешением биологических тканей и органов на основе полимеризующегося под действием УФ-излучения гидрогеля с высоким разрешением, а также в обеспечении защиты клеток от ультрафиолетового излучения при печати.
