Abstract
Настоящее изобретение касается способа борьбы с нежелательной растительностью на участке культивации растений. Указанный способ включает стадии обеспечения наличия на указанном участке растения, содержащего по меньшей мере одну нуклеиновую кислоту, содержащую нуклеотидную последовательность, кодирующую гидроксифенилпируват диоксигеназу (HPPD) дикого типа или мутировавшую гидроксифенилпируват диоксигеназу (мут-HPPD), которая является стойкой или устойчивой к гербициду-производному кумарона, и/или нуклеотидную последовательность, кодирующую гомогентизат соланезил трансферазу дикого типа или мутировавшую гомогентизат соланезил трансферазу (мут-HST), которая является стойкой или устойчивой к гербициду-производному кумарона, и последующего нанесения эффективного количества указанного гербицида на указанный участок культивации растений. Изобретение также касается растений, содержащих мут-HPPD, и способов получения указанных растений.
