Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу определения трансмембранного давления во время экстракорпоральной обработки крови, при которой кровь с определенной скоростью кровотока по кровоподводящей артериальной магистрали 6 экстракорпорального контура 5А крови поступает на вход первой камеры 3 диализатора 1, разделенного полупроницаемой мембраной 2 на первую и вторую камеру 4, а с выхода первой камеры 3 диализатора 1 вытекает по кровоотводящей венозной магистрали 7, в то время как диализирующий раствор по входной магистрали 10 для диализирующего раствора поступает на вход второй камеры диализатора, а по выходной магистрали 11 для диализирующего раствора вытекает с выхода второй камеры диализатора. Способ и устройство для определения трансмембранного давления согласно изобретению основываются на том, что давление со стороны крови и со стороны диализирующего раствора диализатора измеряется менее чем четырьмя датчиками 20, 21, 22 давления с меньшими затратами на технику, и вычисляется предварительная нескорректированная величина трансмембранного давления, которая затем корректируется с помощью поправки, зависящей от величины, коррелирующей с вязкостью крови.
