Abstract
Настоящее изобретение направлено на определенные производные {2-(алкил)-3-[2-(5-фтор-4-пиримидинил)гидразино]-3-оксопропил}гидроксиформамида, композиции, их содержащие, применение таких соединений для ингибирования активности бактериальной пептиддеформилазы (ПДФ) и при лечении бактериальных инфекций. Конкретно, настоящее изобретение направлено на соединения формулы (I), где R1, R2 и R3 определены в настоящем документе, и на их фармацевтически приемлемые соли. Соединения согласно этому изобретению являются ингибиторами бактериальной пептиддеформилазы и могут быть полезными при лечении бактериальных инфекций.
