Abstract

Раскрыты усовершенствованные способы смешения реагентов.A method is proposed that involves the use of supercritical water to improve the quality of heavy hydrocarbon feedstocks, producing an improved hydrocarbon product or synthetic crude oil with highly desirable properties (low sulfur content, low metal content, lower density (higher in American Petroleum Institute units) , lower viscosity, lower residue content, etc.). The method does not require an external supply of hydrogen and does not involve the use of externally introduced catalysts. Improved methods for mixing reagents are disclosed.
