Abstract
Предложена двенадцатиступенчатая трансмиссия с двумя промежуточными валами для транспортного средства, которая состоит из главной и дополнительной коробки передач. Главная коробка передач включает первый вал (1), второй вал (10) и несколько промежуточных валов (14), расположенных по обеим сторонам второго вала (10). Между вторым валом и промежуточным валом расположена ведущая шестерня. На втором валу находятся шесть шестерен, каждая из которых имеет независимое расположение. На втором валу находится три синхронизатора (4). Вилка (5) переключения передач синхронизатора присоединена к механизму управления и рычагу переключения передач с помощью вала (16) вилки переключения передач. В дополнительной секции находится основный вал (20) и промежуточный вал (22). Шестерня (29) сцепляется с шестерней (28), а шестерня (25) сцепляется с шестерней (30). Между шестерней (25) и шестерней (29) установлен синхронизатор (9), вилка (15) переключения передач и вал (31) вилки переключения передач. Синхронизатор (9) автоматически блокируется зубцами обратного конуса. Вал вилки переключения передач автоматически блокируется с помощью механизма, состоящего из пружины (18) и стального шарика (19).A twelve-speed transmission with two intermediate shafts is proposed for the vehicle, which consists of a main and additional gearbox. The main gearbox includes a first shaft (1), a second shaft (10) and several intermediate shafts (14) located on both sides of the second shaft (10). The drive gear is located between the second shaft and the intermediate shaft. The second shaft contains six gears, each of which has an independent arrangement. There are three synchronizers (4) on the second shaft. The synchronizer gear shift fork (5) is connected to the control mechanism and the gear shift lever using the gear shift fork shaft (16). The additional section contains the main shaft (20) and the intermediate shaft (22). Gear (29) meshes with gear (28), and gear (25) meshes with gear (30). Between the gear (25) and the gear (29) there is a synchronizer (9), a gear shift fork (15) and a gear shift fork shaft (31). The synchronizer (9) is automatically locked by the teeth of the reverse cone. The shift fork shaft is automatically locked using a mechanism consisting of a spring (18) and a steel ball (19).
