Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к азотосодержащим замещенным гидроксиэтиленом смесям для использования в качестве ингибиторов коррозии для металлических поверхностей, например, в водных системах, и в особенности в нефтяной промышленности, например в нефтяных или газовых скважинах, и которые могут быть использованы при условиях отсутствия в скважинах сероводородов, а также при условиях присутствия в скважинах сероводородов. Кроме того, оно может быть использовано при кислотной обработке скважины и обработке для интенсификации добычи посредством нагнетания кислоты с целью образования разрыва. Смеси принадлежат к группе частично этоксилированных жирных алкиламинов, частично этоксилированных алкилэфираминов и частично или полностью замещенных гидроксиэтиленом алкиламидпропиламинов. Ингибиторы коррозии имеют формулу (I), где R - гидрокарбиловая или ациловая группа, имеющая 14-24 атома углерода, или группа R'OCHCHCH, где R' -гидрокарбиловая группа с 14-24 атомами углеродов; X - водород, CHOH или группа (A); Y - водород или CHOH; n - 0-3 при условии, что по меньшей мере один из символов X и Y является CHOH, по большей части один из символов X является (A); n является по меньшей мере единицей, если R - ациловая группа, а если R - гидрокарбиловая группа или группа R'OCHCHCHпо меньшей мере один из символов X и Y является водородом.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2004.08.05.
