Abstract

본 발명은 부식을 억제하기 위한 조성물 및 이러한 조성물을 이용하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이 조성물은, 산소 부재 수용액에 가하는 경우에 철금속 부식을 억제하는, 수용성n-알킬 모폴린, 포화 디카복실산, 임의로 알칸을 아민 및 임의로 계면활성제로 이루어진다.

Claims (9)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알칸을 아민과 계면활성의 존재하에 또는 이들의 부재하에, 또는 알칸을 아민(Ⅱ)의 존재하에 일반식(Ⅰ)의 n-알킬모폴린과 일반식(Ⅱ)의 포화 디카복실산을 함유하는 부식 억제량의 조성물을 산소부재 수용액에 가함을 포함하여, 산소 부재 수용액과 접촉하는 철금속의 부식을 억제하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 n-알킬이고, z는 6 내지 14 이고, R1은 탄소수 2내지 5의 알킬이고, x는 2 또는 3이며, y는 3이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 n-알킬 모폴린 10 내지 70중량%, 포화 디카복실산 10내지 55중량%, 알칸올아민 50중량% 이하, 물 30중량% 이하 및 계면활성제 2중량% 이하를 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 부식 억제량이 수용액 중의 조성물의 농도를 50 내지 2000ppm으로 설정하는 양인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, n-알킬 모폴린이 메틸 모폴린이고 포화디카복실산이 1,12-도데칸디오산이며 알칸을 아민이 디에탄올아민인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, n-알킬 모폴린이 메틸 모폴린이고 포화디카복실산이 1,12-도데칸디오산이며 알칸을 아민이 디에탄올아민인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 산소 부재 수용액이 CO2제거 아민 유니트 중의 알칸올 아민 용액인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 산소 부재 수용액이 조악한 오일과 물의 혼합물인 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 폴리에톡실화 로진 아민, 톨유 지방신 말레산 무수물 및 코코 1급 아민의 에톡실레이트로 이루어진 그륩으로부터선택되는 방법.
  9. 메틸 모폴린 10 내지 70중량%, 1,12-도데칸디오산 10 내지 55중량%, 디에탄올 또는 트리에탄올 아민 50중량% 이하, 및 폴리옥시에특실화 로진 아민, 톨유 지방신 말레산 무수물 및 코코 1급 아민의 에특실레이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 계면활성제 2중량% 이하를 함유하는 조성물 50 내지 2000ppm을 산소 부재 수용액에 가함을 포함하여, 산소 부재 수용액과 접촉하는 철금속의 부식을 억제하는 방법.
