Abstract
Reception apparatus for reception of television transmissions transmitted by cable has a gate circuit 5 to avoid the reception of foreign radio services. After the image-MF-amplifier 3 there is an impulse buffer stage 17 which takes the line synchronisation impulses both directly and with a delay by a duration of one line to separate inputs of a coincidence circuit 19. The coincidence circuit supplies a signal to a constant power source 20 which charges a condenser 21 which is permanently discharged by a second constant power source 22. The voltage arising in the condenser supplies the change-over signal to the gate circuit. <IMAGE>
