Claims (13)

1. System til tilvejebringelse af en vaskulær protese, omfattende: et aflangt legeme (11A, 132), som omfatter en proksimal ende (152), en distal ende (156) og en flerhed af afgivningsplatforme (160), som er anbragt græn-sende op til den distale ende, hvor enhver af afgivningsplatformene omfatter en udsparing (11D), der strækker sig distalt fra et radialt fremspring, et hylster (13,136) med en proksimal ende (192) og en distal ende (198), og et aflangt hylsterlegeme (200), som strækker sig derimellem, hvor hylsteret er bevægeligt i forhold til det aflange legeme (132) fra en første position, i hvilken den distale ende af hylsteret er anbragt distalt fra en mest-distal distal afgivningsplatform, til en anden position, i hvilken den distale ende af hylsteret er anbragt proksimalt af mindst én afgivningsplatform; en flerhed af selvekspanderende vaskulære proteser (10, 10', 10", 140), hvor hver vaskulære protese har et eller flere omkredselementer, der er dannet med diskrete stræbere, som danner en flerhed af celler, og anbragt ved en tilsvarende afgivningsplatform, hvor systemet er konfigureret til at anbringe mindst to vaskulære proteser separat, én ad gangen uden at det kræver bevægelse af afgivningsplatformen, ved en behandlingszone ved lokationer, der er anbragt med afstand, således at et mellemrum tilvejebringes mellem den distale ende af en proksimal vaskulær protese og en proksimal ende af en distal vaskulær protese, hvor hver selvekspanderende vaskulære protese i flerheden af selvekspanderende vaskulære proteser omfatter en cirkulær øsken og en radiopak markør, som er anbragt i øskenen, hvor en markørstrimmel, som er anbragt ved den distale ende af hylsteret, er konfigureret til at anbringes på linje med den radiopake markør af hver selvekspanderende vaskulære protese i flerheden af selvekspanderende vaskulære proteser forud for anbringelsen af hver selvekspanderende vaskulære protese i flerheden af selvekspanderende vaskulære proteser.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor den radiopake markør frembringer en plan overflade på niveau med øskenen.
3. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den radiopake markør i øskenen er tilpasset med tryk eller nittet ind i øskenen.
4. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor øskenen er anbragt ved en kant af den selvekspanderende vaskulære protese.

System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende et håndtag (11F) og en aktivator (11 G), hvor aktivatoren (11 G) er koblet til en proksimal ende af hylsteret (13), således at proksimale bevægelser af aktuatoren (11G) forårsager proksimal bevægelse af hylsteret (13).
7. System ifølge krav 6, yderligere omfattende markeringer (534) på håndtaget (11F) til at angive antallet af proteser, der er indsat.
8. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor hver afgivningsplatform omfatter mindst ét markørbånd, hvor det mindst ét markørbånd er keglestubformet i begge retninger.
9. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor enhver af de selvekspanderende vaskulære proteser i flerheden af selvekspanderende proteser er anbragt i den respektive afgivningsplatform, således at der i et behandlingsområde med en længde på 6,6 cm kan anbringes flere proteser, således at 60% eller mindre af behandlingsområdet er dækket.
10. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor enhver af de selvekspanderende vaskulære proteser i flerheden af selvekspanderende vaskulære proteser har en længde på 15 mm eller mindre og er anbragt med en afstand på mindst 2 mm fra den selvekspanderende vaskulære protese i den næste afgivningsplatform.
11. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor enhver af de selvekspanderende vaskulære proteser i flerheden af selvekspanderende vaskulære proteser har en længde på 15 mm eller mindre og er anbragt med en afstand på mindst 4 mm fra den selvekspanderende vaskulære protese i den næste afgivningsplatform.
12. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor flerheden af stræbere danner en flerhed af lukkede celler.
13. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor enhver af de selvekspanderende vaskulære proteser i flerheden af selvekspanderende vaskulære proteser har en længde på 8 mm eller mindre og er anbragt med en afstand på mindst 4 mm fra den selvekspanderende vaskulære protese i den næste afgivningsplatform.
