Claims (19)

1. Vinduesafstandsholder (140) til en vinduesindretning (100), som omfatter tre plader (110, 120, 130), hvor vinduesafstandsholderen omfatter: en første aflang strimmel (150), der definerer: en første bølget form, en pasningsstruktur (156) til optagelse af en mellemliggende plade (130) af vinduesindretning, kendetegnet ved, at den første aflange strimmel (150) yderligere definerer: første og andet plane område (151) på modstående sider af pasningsstrukturen, hvor det første og andet plane område definerer henholdsvis første og andet sæt åbninger (152); og ved, at vinduesafstandsholderen yderligere omfatter: en anden aflang strimmel (160), der definerer en anden bølget form; første og andet støtteben (170), der er anbragt mellem den første og andet aflange strimmel (150, 160); og mindst ét fyldstof (158), som er anbragt i et indvendigt rum (172), der defineres af den første og anden aflange strimmel (150,160) og det første og andet støtteben (170), hvor fyldstoffet (158) indeholder et tørremiddel.
2. Vinduesafstandsholder ifølge krav 1, hvor pasningsstrukturen (156) er en kanal, som defineres i den første aflange strimmel (150).
3. Vinduesafstandsholder ifølge krav 2, hvor pasningsstrukturen (156) er kontinuerlig i længden af den første aflange strimmel (150).

Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en vinduesindretning (100) omfattende: tilvejebringelse af første, anden og mellemliggende plade af materiale (110, 120, 130); tilvejebringelse af en vinduesafstandsholder (140) som defineret ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4; påføring af et tætnings- eller klæbemiddelsmateriale til pasningsstrukturen (156) af vinduesafstandsholderen og til den første og anden side af vinduesafstandsholderen; fastgørelse af den mellemliggende plade (130) til den vinduesafstandsholder, som skal optages af pasningsstrukturen; og forsegling af vinduesafstandsholderen mellem den første og anden plade (110, 120), således at den mellemliggende plade (130) er anbragt mellem den første og anden plade.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor tilvejebringelsen af vinduesafstandsholderen endvidere omfatter: forbindelse af den første aflange strimmel (150) i en afretningsindretning med den anden aflange strimmel (160) ved at ekstrudere det første og andet støtteben (170) mellem den første og anden aflange strimmel for at danne en afstandsholderunderenhed, hvor den første og anden aflange strimmel og to støtteben definerer et indvendigt rum (172); udskæring af V-formede indhak i underenheden ved hjørneområdet, hvorved en del af den første aflange strimmel fjernes, og den del af ethvert af de to støtteben fjernes.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor de V-formede indhak danner vinkler på ca. 90 grader.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 eller 7, hvor den første og anden aflange strimmel (150, 160) hver især har parallelle aflange kanter, hvor støttebenene (170) forskydes fra de aflange kanter med en forskydningsafstand, hvor lommer er defineret langs hver aflang kant af vinduesafstandsholderen (140), hvor trinnet med at påføre tætningsmiddel eller klæbemiddel til den første og anden side af vinduesafstandsholderen omfatter placering af tætningsmiddel eller klæbemiddel i lommerne.
9. Vinduesindretning (100) omfattende: en første plade (110) af et materiale; en anden plade (120) af et materiale; en mellemliggende plade (130) af et materiale mellem den første plade og den anden plade, hvor et første rum (180) defineres mellem den første plade og den mellemliggende plade, og hvor et andet rum (190) defineres mellem den anden plade og den mellemliggende plade; en vinduesafstandsholder (140) som defineret ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor vinduesafstandsholderen er anbragt mellem den første plade og den anden plade og optager den mellemliggende plade i pasningsstrukturen (156); og et tætningsmateriale eller klæbemiddelsmateriale, som er anbragt mellem vinduesafstandsholderen og den første plade og mellem afstandsholderen og den anden plade.
10. Vinduesindretning ifølge krav 9, hvor pasningsstrukturen er anbragt således, at det første rum (180) er større end det andet rum (190).
11. Vinduesindretning ifølge krav 9, hvor det første og andet støtteben (170) af vinduesafstandsholderen (140) er anbragt med indadvendt afstand fra aflange kanter af den første og anden aflange strimmel (150, 160) med en forskydningsafstand (I) for at danne en kanal (162) på hver side af vinduesafstandsholderen.
12. Vinduesindretning ifølge krav 11, hvor tætningsmaterialet eller klæbemiddelsmaterialet er anbragt i kanalerne (162) på siderne af vinduesafstandsholderen (140).
13. Vinduesindretning ifølge krav 10, hvor den første plade (110) af materiale omfatter en første coating, som er en infrarødtransmitterende coating med lav energi.
14. Vinduesindretning ifølge krav 13, hvor den første coating er anbragt på en pladeflade (114) af den første plade (110) af materiale, som er en indvendig falde af vinduesindretningen.
15. Vinduesindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10-14, hvor den mellemliggende plade (130) af materiale omfatter en anden coating, som er en infrarødreflekterende coating med lav energi.
16. Vinduesindretning ifølge krav 15, hvor den anden coating er anbragt på en pladeflade (132) af den mellemliggende plade af materiale, som er tættest på den første plade (110).
