Claims (16)

1. Afdækning (1) til en medicinsk skopianordnings aksel (33), hvilken afdækning omfatter et aflangt rørformet element (3) og er indrettet til påføring over en distal spids af den medicinske skopianordnings aksel med afdækningen strækkende sig langs mindst en del af længden på en distal ende af akslen, hvilket rørformet element omfatter en indre overflade (7), hvoraf mindst en del griber om akslen og holder afdækningen på plads, og en ydre overflade omfattende en flerhed af fremstående elementer (2), der er placeret med afstand, kendetegnet ved, at de fremstående elementer, der er placeret med afstand, er leddelte og forbundet med en ydre overflade af det aflange rørformede element, hvor hvert fremstående element har en spids og en base, hvilke fremstående elementer kan bevæges omkring deres leddelte baser i en vinkel på mellem 0°, hvor spidserne af de fremstående elementer peger mod en proximal ende af den medicinske skopianordning, til en vinkel på 170- 180°, hvor spidserne af de fremstående elementer peger mod den distale ende af den medicinske skopianordning, eller en hvilken som helst vinkel på mellem 0 til 170-180°, og endvidere hvor de fremstående elementer (2) kan bevæges mellem en første hvileposition til en anden position, hvor spidsen af det fremstående element i alt væsentligt er parallel med en langsgående akse af den medicinske skopianordning (33), og til en tredje position, der er ved en vinkel omtrent retvinklet på den langsgående akse af den medicinske skopianordnings aksel, således at de fremstående elementer spredes ud for at komme i kontakt med og tilvejebringe støtte for og for at udvide en lumenvæg af en legemspassage, hvori den medicinske skopianordning er indført, hvilke fremstående elementer kan bevæges forbi den tredje position til en fjerde position, hvor de passerer et kritisk punkt, således at spidserne af de fremstående elementer peger mod den distale ende af den medicinske skopianordning, således at den medicinske skopianordning kan trækkes ud gennem den åbning, hvori den oprindeligt blev indsat.
2. Afdækning ifølge enten krav 1, hvor fastgørelsen af de fremstående elementer til den ydre overflade af det aflange rørformede element enten sker ved at være dannet i ét dermed eller ved støbning derpå.
3. Afdækning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor afdækningen tilvejebringes til påføring over den medicinske skopianordnings aksel for således at omgive denne og strække sig langs mindst et spidsområde af akslen.
4. Afdækning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de fremstående elementer (2) er i form af børster, pigge, torne, finner, kiler, skovle eller kegler og er indrettet til at strække sig udefter og væk fra den ydre overflade af det aflange rørformede element.
5. Afdækning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de fremstående elementer er cylindriske, koniske eller tilspidsede.
6. Afdækning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor mindst en del af den indre overflade (7) af det rørformede element, der griber om akslen og holder afdækningen på plads, er enten den proximale og distale endeområde af det rørformede element eller hele den indre overflade af det rørformede element.
7. Afdækning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det aflange rørformede element enten er et tilstødende rørformet element eller som et alternativt er forsynet med spalter, kanter eller mellemrum (30), der løber i en langsgående retning og parallelt med den langsgående akse af den medicinske skopianordning, eventuelt hvor antallet af spalter eller mellemrum er direkte proportionelt med antallet af fremstående elementer (2), og hvor de fremstående elementer er placeret i spalterne eller mellemrummene mellem faste dele af det rørformede element.
8. Afdækning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor længden på de fremstående elementer er marginalt kortere ved enten eller både den distale og proximale ende af afdækningen.
9. Afdækning ifølge krav 8, hvor de fremstående elementer, der er af en længere længde, er mere fleksible og er fremstillet af et blødere materiale end de fremstående elementer af en kortere længde.
10. Afdækning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det aflange rørformede element og/eller de fremstående elementer er fremstillet af et biokompatibelt fleksibelt materiale udvalgt fra gruppen omfattende polymerer, plastic, elastomerer, silicium og silicium-elastomermaterialer og gummier.
11. Afdækning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de fremstående elementer i en hvileposition er spidsvinklede i forhold til den centrale langsgående akse af den medicinske skopianordnings aksel ved en vinkel på mellem 35° til 85°.
12. Afdækning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken afdækning endvidere omfatter en overmanchet (25).
13. Afdækning ifølge krav 12, hvor overmanchetten er placeret over afdækningen og forsynet med spalter eller mellemrum (26) af omtrent de samme dimensioner som afdækningen (1), således at de fremstående elementer (2) kan rage frem gennem de justerede spalter eller mellemrum (26).
14. Afdækning ifølge enten krav 12 eller 13, hvor overmanchetten (25) er af samme eller omtrent samme længde som afdækningen.
15. Afdækning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken afdækning endvidere omfatter et visningsmiddel (20) ved den distale ende, der eventuelt er i form af en transparent plastkappe med åben ende.
16. Medicinsk skopianordning omfattende afdækningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 15, der danner mindst en del af dens distale aksel.
