Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Farmaceutisk præparat til transdermal systemisk administration af et farmakologisk aktivt middel, kendetegnet ved, at det indeholder tizanidin som et aktivt middel i et reservoir, der omfatter en hydrofil polymer. 2. Præparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren er en polyacrylatpolymer. 3. Præparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren er en polyacrylatpolymer indeholdende kationiske funktionelle grupper. 4. Præparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren er en acrylat/methacrylatpolymer 5. Præparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren indeholder trimethylaminoethylestergrupper. 6. Process for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for transdermal administration, characterized in that a) tizanidine is dispersed. in a polyacrylate polymer containing cationic functional groups or b) dispersing tizanidine in a hydrophilic polymer and optionally applying an adhesive layer.
