Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Farmaceutisk præparat til transdermal systemisk administration af farmakologisk aktive midler, kendetegnet ved, at det farmakologisk aktive middel er i et reservoir, der omfatter en polyacrylatpolymer indeholdende kationiske estergrupper. 2. Præparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren er en acrylat/methacrylat-polymer. 3. Præparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren indeholder t ri methy la mi noethy lestergrupper. 4. Præparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, kendetegnet ved, at det er i form af et klæbende plaster eller lap omfattende a) et dæklag, c) et lægemiddelreservoir omfattende 1-10 lag af en homogen dispersion af partikier af aktivt middel eller en opløsning af aktivt middel i en polymermatrix, og d) et klæbende lag, idet reservoiret c) er anbragt mellem lagene a) og d). 5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et farmaceutisk præparat til transdermal administration, kendetegnet ved, at man dispergerer et farmaceutisk aktivt middel i en polyacrylatpolymer indeholdende kationiske estergrupper til dannelse af et lægemiddelreservoir og eventuelt påfører et klæbende lag. 6. A composition according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that it is in the form of an adhesive patch or patch comprising a) a cover layer, c) a drug reservoir comprising 1-10 layers of a homogeneous dispersion of particles of active agent or solution of active agent in a polymer matrix, and d) an adhesive layer, the reservoir c) being arranged between layers a) and d). Process for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for transdermal administration, characterized in that a pharmaceutically active agent is dispersed in a polyacrylate polymer containing cationic ester groups to form a drug reservoir and optionally apply an adhesive layer. Use of a polyalcrylate containing cationic ester groups to prepare a drug suitable for transdermal systemic administration of a pharmacologically active agent.
