Description
AUSGEGEBEN AM 11. JUNI 1959ISSUED JUNE 11, 1959
G 11605 VJ85dG 11605 VJ85d
It is well known that deep wells decrease in productivity significantly over the years and often dry up completely.
This is largely due to the fact that the filter tube and above all the different layers of filter gravel behind it through iron, lime, clay and other particles of clay and protozoa that have accumulated over time pollute themselves and themselves this creates such a strong filter skin that the spring water is difficult or impossible to enter can flow into the well body and is forced to look for another path. It is also known that in filter systems, etc., the layers of gravel circulated by compressed air and thereby getting cleaned. It is also known to up and down the compressed air via a filter tube movable and sealable against the filter tube wall at its upper and lower edge Press the cleaning body through the filter slots into the filter gravel. The compressed air can optionally solid, liquid or gaseous cleaning agents or disinfectants be attached.
The present invention is intended to be a particularly reliable and suitable for use in Filter deep wells particularly suitable sealing for the top and bottom of the up and down movable cleaning body are created, which is such that they move up and down the cleaning body is not affected in any way.
S09 532/11S09 532/11
Accordingly, the essential features of the invention are that the movable cleaning body is provided with a rubber hose each at the top and bottom, which is empty when moving during the operation, however, by filling with compressed air, the unevenness of the filter roller adapts and thereby a complete sealing and holding of the otherwise movable cleaning body on the filter tube wall. ίο seals made of inflatable rubber tubes egg are known per se. In connection with cleaning bodies for filter wells, they are but new and offer this compared to the seals known from cleaning bodies significant advantage that they, without affecting the up and down movement of the cleaning body, result in a safe and reliable seal even with an irregularly narrowed filter tube cross-section.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung dargestellt. Fig. ι stellt einen Längsschnitt durch einen Reinigungskörper dar;In the drawing, an embodiment of a device according to the invention is shown. Fig. Ι represents a longitudinal section through a cleaning body;
Fig. 2 ist eine Aufsicht auf den Reinigungskörper nach Fig. 1, undFig. 2 is a plan view of the cleaning body according to Fig. 1, and
Fig. 3 shows a longitudinal section through the lower end of a pipe well with an inserted cleaning device represent.
In the filter tube c an approximately 1.5 m long, movable hollow body α is embedded, which is sealed watertight on the outside above and below by two rubber rings b ι and b 2, which are inflatable and can be kept under constant pressure. Now compressed air is blown into the space created by the cleaning cylinder, which can be mixed with solid, liquid or gaseous disinfectants or cleaning agents. This compressed air, depending on the depth of the pressure, is now limited by the rubber rings at the top and bottom, through the filter slots and loosens the filter gravel, so that the now flowing water lets the impurities run into the well. The process continues until all foreign matter has dissolved.
The procedure is as follows: The movable cleaning cylinder α is inserted into the well via a roller on a wire rope g including the two compressed air hoses e, d, in such a way that the upper rubber ring b 1, when not inflated, ends with the end of the filter tube c . Now compressed air is blown through the hose d into the two communicating rubber rings b 1 and b 2 until they are completely pressed against the filter tube c and make it watertight. The pressure is now kept constant, and through a second supply hose e (or two-way valve), compressed air of lower pressure is blown through several nozzles fi, / 2, which can also be offset from one another, into the closed space that has now been created. The compressed air introduced including the trapped water penetrates through the filter slots and through the filter circuit, loosens the same, destroys the filter skin and lets all foreign bodies flow into the well. Solid, liquid or gaseous cleaning agents or disinfectants can be added to the compressed air. After this part of the well has been cleaned, the compressed air is removed from the two rubber rings b 1 and / '2. The movable cleaning cylinder α can now be easily lowered by its length, and the work process is now continued up to the end of the filter tube. It is evident that the cleaning cylinder can be weighted so that it reaches any required depth.
