Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur lösbaren Halterung eines plattenförmigen Elementes, insbesondere einer Fassaden-Abdeckplatte oder eines Photovoltaik-Moduls, gemäss dem Oberbegriff des unabhängigen Schutzanspruchs. Bei der Befestigung plattenförmiger Elemente, welche beispielsweise zur Fassadenverkleidung, zur Dachabdeckung oder - in Form von Photovoltaik-Modulen - zur Stromerzeugung verwendet werden, geht es, besonders wenn sie nur von "aussen" zugänglich sind, bekanntlich nicht nur darum, dass die Elemente auf ihren Trägern halten, sondern auch, dass die Elemente nach deren Montage einerseits leicht ausgewechselt werden können und andererseits dennoch gegen Diebstahl gesichert sind.
