Description

The invention relates to a foot massage device, in particular a device for massaging the sole of the foot.

There are various types of exercise boards that are designed to train posture while walking or a particular gait and that massage the sole of the foot when walking on them. These types of posture training boards or walking training boards require a lot of space when they are laid out for use. If such a posture training board or walking training board is placed on a damp floor or a smooth floor, it can easily be moved when walking on it.

The object of the invention is to create a device for massaging the soles of the feet, which is non-slip and can be easily adjusted to the size of the foot. The invention provides a non-slip foot strap with which the sole of the foot is massaged. Means are also provided so that one can assume a safe position and find support.

According to a feature of the invention, the non-slip foot strap has a massaging surface on one side having a plurality of raised areas and a plurality of small projections for massaging the sole of the foot, two fastening strips are provided at two opposite ends for fastening the massaging surface to the sole of the foot, which have a first strip with a button near its end and a second strip having a plurality of retaining holes aligned longitudinally for fastening the button at a suitable location. Furthermore, the foot strap has elongated elevations and depressions on the side opposite the massaging surface.

In a preferred embodiment, the ridges and depressions are in the form of raised letters, with the edge of the letter enclosing an intermediate depression. Due to these ridges and depressions, one will not slip when walking on a smooth surface.

The invention is described below using advantageous embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. They show:

As shown in detail in the accompanying drawings, the anti-slip foot belt in accordance with the invention has a massaging surface 1 on one side, a non-slip surface 2 on the opposite side and two elongated fastening strips 3 extending from the belt at two opposite ends. The massaging surface 1 has a plurality of raised areas 11 in the middle and a plurality of small projections 12 at the two opposite ends. The non-slip surface 2 has the English word "STOP" 21 in the form of projections protruding therefrom. The relief letters of the English word "STOP" 21 have a recessed area 22 which is surrounded by the edge of the letter. The two fastening strips 3 are integrally incorporated into the massaging surface 1 and the non-slip surface 2 at two opposite ends, the first fastening strip having a button 31 near its end and the second fastening strip 3 having a plurality of holding holes 32 aligned longitudinally. By fastening the button 31 of the first fastening strip into any of the holding holes 32 on the fastening strip, the non-slip belt can be firmly fastened to a person's foot around the sole with the raised portions 11 and the small protrusions 12 of the massaging surface 1 in contact with the skin of the sole and the non-slip surface 2 arranged on the outer side. Due to the effect of the relief letters of "STOP" and the recessed portions arranged therein, the user will not lose his footing when walking on a smooth surface. During walking, the raised portions 11 and the small projections 12 necessarily rub and knead the muscles and joints of the foot. Since the second fastening strip has a plurality of retaining holes 12 for securing the button 31 of the first fastening strip, the non-slip foot strap can be conveniently adjusted to best fit the size of the user's foot. Projections 21 with the depressions 22 on the non-slip surface 2 can also have shapes other than letters or words. The shape of letters is particularly useful when embossing tools for producing raised letters are already available from other applications.

Protection claims 1. Device for massaging the sole of the foot with a massaging surface on one side, characterized in that it is designed as a belt-shaped elongated structure having two elongated fastening strips (3) at its two ends, the massaging surface having a plurality of raised areas (11) in the middle and small projections (12) at the two opposite ends, the non-slip surface having elongated projections (21) which border depressions (22) arranged therein, one of the fastening strips (3) being provided near the end thereof with a button (31) and the other having a plurality of holding holes (32) which extend in the longitudinal direction for fastening the button (31). 2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the elongated projections with recesses (21, 22) on the non-slip surface (2) have the shape of letters.
