Description
Isolieröl für elektrotechnische Zwecke, insbesondere für Transformatoren und Kondensatoren Bekannt ist es, Hexachlorbutadien (C,C16) als Isolieröl zu benutzen. Die Erfahrung hat gezeigt, daß dieses Öl für elektrische Zwecke wegen seiner geringen chemischen Stabilität und seiner niedrigen Dielektrizitätskonstante von etwa 2,4 nur beschränkt verwendbar und für Kondensatoren geradezu unbrauchbar ist.Insulating oil for electrotechnical purposes, especially for transformers and capacitors It is known to use hexachlorobutadiene (C, C16) as an insulating oil. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, das genannte Isolieröl zu verbessern. Gemäß der Erfindung erreicht man dies dadurch, daß bei dem C4 C16-Molekül mindestens i Chloratom durch Halogenatome, beispielsweise Fluor, Brom oder Jod, ersetzt wird. Durch diese Chloratomersetzung ergeben sich Verbindungen, wie C4 C15 F (Pentachlormonofluorbutadien) oder C,C14Fz (Tetrachlordufluorbutadien) bzw., wenn an Stelle von Fluor Brom oder Jod tritt, Verbindungen, wie C4 C15 Br oder C4CII J. Es können auch drei verschiedene Halogene gleichzeitig angelagert werden, wie z. B. C4 C14F Br oder C4 C14 F J usw. Zweckmäßig ersetzt man nur i oder 2 Chloratome des Hexachlorbutadiens in unsymmetrischer Anordnung durch ein anderes Halogen. Gleichgültig ist es dabei, an welcher Stelle (a, ß, y-Stellung usw.) die Halogensubstitution eintritt. Dies ist in der Hauptsache durch die jeweilig gewählte Art des Anlagerungsverfahrens bestimmt. Selbstverständlich sind auch die isomeren Gemische des erfindungsgemäßen Isolieröls gleichermaßen für den vorgesehenen Zweck benutzbar.The object of the invention is to improve said insulating oil.
