Die Kurbel an den bekannten Garnhaspeln ist durch ein leichtes Schwungrädchen V, dessen Ring keilförmig ausgehöhlt ist, und der Arm der Hasplerin durch eine vermittelst Riemen bewegte Rolle G ersetzt, dessen Kranz sich in die Hohlkehle des Schwungrädchens einlegen kann und demselben seine Bewegung durch Reibung mittheilt.
