Die Neuerung betrifft eine Tiefziehvorrichtung zum Tiefziehen von Kunststoffolien, bestehend aus einem Formunter- und einem Formoberteil, in dem ein auf- und abbewegbarer Vorstreck-^r angeordnet ist.The innovation concerns a deep-drawing device for deep-drawing plastic films, consisting of a lower mold part and an upper mold part in which a pre-stretching device that can be moved up and down is arranged.
Derartige Tiefziehvorrichtungen sind hinlänglich bekannt und bedürfen insoweit keines besonderen druckschriftlichen Einzelnachweises. In derartige TiefZiehvorrichtungen wird die tiefzu^iehende Kunststoffolie entsprechend vorgewärmt im Takt zwischen die zunächst zueinander geöffneten Formunterund Formoberteile eingeführt, die nach Stillstand der Folienbahn geschlossen werden, wonach der im Formoberteil entsprechend abgedichtet geführte, sog. Vorstrecker bis zu einer gewissen Tiefe nach unten bewegt wird, um damit die verformbare Folie vorzustrecken, wonach in das Formoberteil unter Druck ein geeignetes Gas (in der Regel Luft) eingeführt wird, die die vorgestreckte Folie dann an die Wandungen der Formeintiefung im in der Regel gekühlten Formunterteil anlegt und um auf diese Weise aus der Folienbahn einen formentsprechenden, mehr oder weniger tiefen Behälter auszuformen. Da die Folie während des Vorstreckens an der Anlagefläche des Vorstreekerkopfes mehr oder weniger gespannt anliegt, d.h. mit diesem in Reibkontakt steht, erfolgt zwangsläufig aie Dehnung in diesem Bereich der Folie mehr oder weniger gebremst, d.h.Such deep-drawing devices are well known and do not require any special written proof.
