Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Beschicken von Schachtöfen, insbesondere Hochöfen, die ein gleichmäßiges Verteilen des Beschickungsgutes über den gesamten Ofenquerschnitt ermöglicht, was bekanntlich zur Erzielung eines einwandfreien Ganges des Schachtofens von entscheidendem Einfluß ist. Es ist bereits eine ganze Reihe von Verteilungsvorrichtungen in den verschiedensten Ausführungen bekanntgeworden. So ist u. a. auch der Einbau trichterförmiger Verteilereinsätze, ferner die Verwendung von Kegelglocken vorgeschlagen worden. Bei derartigen Verteilereinrichtungen erfolgt die Verteilung des Beschickungsgutes auf einer oder mehreren Kreisringflächen, was somit eine ungleichmäßige Ofenbeschickung ergibt, die, wie gesagt, unerwünscht ist. Zwecks Vermeidung dieses Nachteiles ist eine Verteilervorrichtung mit drehender Gichtbühne und einem ebenfalls drehbaren, exzentrisch zur Ofenachse angeordneten Verteiler vorgeschlagen worden, dessen Mündung zur gleichmäßigen Verteilung des Gutes in Kurven über den Schachtofen geführt wird.
